Online clothing purchase for plus-size women
I gotta say, the clothes at this place are amazing for us ladies with curves! I came across some super cute stuff online and was so excited to give them a try. But let me tell you, dealing with returns is a total nightmare. I sent something back in March and didn't hear a peep until April - and that was only after I reached out. And to top it off, they have the audacity to charge $10 for an exchange to a different size! Seriously? That's just absurd. They've lost me as a customer for sure, I'm not putting up with that hassle.
Clothing using promo code NOV30X23
I just bought something from that store and used the promo code NOV30X23 to get an extra 30% off on full price and sale items. But, when I went to check out and use the code, it wouldn't go through even though it should have worked for online purchases. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't figure it out, which was pretty frustrating.
Bought bras
I recently bought some bras and they totally fell apart after just one wear! The wire is poking out of the one I'm wearing right now. I'm on a tight budget and can't afford to throw away money on such poorly made items. I'm really frustrated with their low-quality products. I either want a refund or some better quality bras that are actually worth the price!
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The customer service was totally unprofessional and rude. When I tried to return some stuff, they were really unresponsive and not willing to help at all. I had to deal with everything myself and seek help from outside sources. Honestly, dealing with this company was a letdown.
Online purchase delivery issue
I recently bought something online in mid-March, and it did not go well at all. I was supposed to pick up my order at a UPS drop-off spot, but when I went twice, they couldn't find it. When I called customer service, the person had a really heavy accent and it was hard to communicate. They said I had to wait 10 days for them to figure it out. The whole thing was annoying and took up a lot of my time. I was not happy with the customer service or how things turned out in the end.
Bras
I don't see what I'm complaining about but I have bought 4 bras from Ashley and why is it the underwires comes out? These bras are pricey to me and out of the 4...3 of them have had this happen. SAD and so disappointing. Anyone else have this problem?
