Smart TV speakers upgrade

I got two pairs of speakers, one black and one white. The black one is having a problem with the woofer not working, and I haven't heard back from customer service yet. I've sent a bunch of emails but no response. It's so annoying how they just ignore customers once they've bought something. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from them because they don't support their products.
Faulty product
Sorry y'all, but I got a bum product from this company. I contacted them and they said it needed to be "repaired," even though it was brand new. It's been two months and I still don't have a replacement. They even pushed back the repair time by another month. Their customer service has been pretty lousy, so now I'm trying to cancel my order. Overall, just a real letdown.
Wireless speakers noise issue
I just bought these wireless speakers, right, and man, I was seriously let down when I heard this buzzing sound always coming from one of 'em. I tried everything - no cables attached, no Bluetooth, nada. I took 'em back to the store, and they told me it's 'cause of the amp inside. But I've tested out other speakers like KEF LSXs, Klipsch The Fives, and Dali Oberon 1c, and none of 'em had that annoying buzz.
My cool speakers
I recently got these awesome speakers and I was so pumped to use them for my room dance parties. But man, the customer service was just terrible. I called them multiple times but nobody answered the phone. I even left a voicemail, but they never bothered to call me back. And when I tried reaching out online, they never responded. It felt like they just didn't care about helping me at all. So not cool, you know?
Overpriced wireless audio transmitter and receiver
I bought this wireless audio transmitter and receiver from a local store for my surround-sound system, but it broke shortly after. I tried contacting Audioengine Support and even the CEO, Dave Evans, but got no help or response. The distributor wouldn't replace it, even though he was the one who imported it. Pretty disappointing customer service and no accountability from the company.
