I just want to say that the leather jacket I bought was really great quality. It was exactly what I wanted in terms of design and fit. But I gotta be honest, the customer service was not so great. I had a hard time reaching out to them about sizing options, and when I finally did, the person I talked to wasn't all that helpful. The ordering process was also a little confusing, with unclear instructions on the website. And on top of that, the jacket was a bit on the expensive side. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but it could have been a better experience.
