Cannot make returns. Poor customer service.

I needed to return one of 8 items and they said I had to buy something else to return there item horrible. Horrible! Lesson learned had I seen there bad reviews I would have never ever given my personal information or my cc information. Terrible customer service
Tankini
Ordered on March 27. Have not received. Terrible customer service. Sent several messages and tracking my package. Apparently it’s still in Lis Angela’s. Order only if you don’t want to ever receive your suit. Tried to give one star for service and delivery. Wouldn’t take less than two.
Three bathing bottom skirts
Walmart quality. Used their chart to order size. Didn’t fit. They won’t let me exchange them for the correct size. They want me to purchase the same items only they offered them at half price. So I’m buying more of the same and can’t wear the first set I laid for.. horrible company. Also made in China and costs a fortune to return.
Bathing Suits
I ordered items from Beach Sissi. they arrived oversized and some items were poorly constructed. They do not want to receive returns so they offer you a replacement at half the cost if you keep the items you do not want. Returns are very difficult.
2 tankinis - do not recommend because of poor customer service
I ordered 2 swim suits, both the same style, one fit good the other did not. I emailed them to ask about returning/exchanging it and provided the details as requested on their website for returns. I knew I was outside of the short 15-day return window and that I'd have to pay return shipping, but I also figured they'd be a tad flexible or understanding. They were not. The email was also a little rude and unprofessional.
While I do like the 1 swimsuit and think they will end up exchanging it for me after I replied back a few times, I will not purchase from them again and do not recommend them either because of the poor customer service and short return window; a 30-day is standard and expected these days, so I feel they are being a little deceptive in this regard and I will not support that. Too bad, because they do seem to have a good product and price-point... which is only potential without good customer service.2 bathing suits
Ordered two suits for an event coming up in a month. Selected expedited shipping and paid 8 dollars over for faster shipping. Said would ship 6-12 business days. Still haven’t received package - and they won’t refund me the extra shipping cost.

Love my new bathins suit. Style is fresh and cute, fits perfectly based on the sizing chart, quality product, and very reasonably priced.
I have had no problem with this company, I bought a tankini which ran a little small in the bust area but I am a DD. I can still wear the suit, tho. Also, being from China, it may take longer to arrive but I have received my items within 2-3 weeks. Also I love the style and quality of the suits! And the prices are reasonable.
They have a US address, but they are telling me I must pay the postage to China in order to return items that do not fit for a full refund. Which sucks and will probably cost more than the items themselves. I regret ordering from this company

Negative! I have had a major problem with returning. The suit is fine but I don’t want it. It took a week to get a return address which then ends up being in China. The shipping will cost me more than the bathing suit. They even asked if I want another one for half price! Sure, give them more money! Terrible company. Less than 1 star for service!

Swim suits
Bought several swim suits but decided to return a couple of them because of sizing/fit. You can only return to China which would cost me $100 from Arizona. The only other return option they provide is $15 for your entire order or one free item. Product/material was fine but terrible return policy/customer service.

Bought 4 bath suits. I received no order number. I logged into their website it said no page found under contact. So did i just get scammed ??????

red halter, belted dress
The order came relatively quickly, although I was disappointed in the fit of the dress. The top part will need to be altered because there is too much fabric and too large of an opening just along the armpit area, so much so it makes it looks as though there are two very large wholes on the top portion. I can fold the fabric over on both sides in the front and it looks like the dress has only a 2 inch think strip down the middle - perhaps if you have a very large bra size (my D's were not enough to fill the space) the dress will work for you. The material is thin, but fine for a basic weekend or beach wear dress.

It's a scam company when a dress didn't fit they run small they won't accept return you need to send back to China which costs about 150 dollars

I ordered two swimsuits and they arrived fairly quickly - they certainly weren't shipped from China where I was instructed to send them if I wanted a refund. I ordered Medium. I wear small in most things but swimsuits are something you don't want to be too small. The bottoms on both suits were way too small. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told they would send me another order at 50% off OR I could keep the items and get a BS refund OR ship them back to Shanghai. Unless you are absolutely certain of your purchase, DO NOT buy from this company.
Mid Waist Stripe Print Bikini
The Mid Waist Stripe Print Bikini is defective. The bright white inner lining shows (e.g., along leg holes, waist band, neckline, under arms), and Beachsissi purports that this is the intended design and so will not adhere to its online refund policy. The only options for recourse are 1) return the suit to an address in China at the customer's expense; 2) receive a discount on a future order; or 3) receive a refund of 1% of the purchase price.

Horrible customer service. My Order was supposed to arrive in 12-18 days. It’s been 25 days and it still has not made it to the shipping facility across the country.
I have sent two emails to customer service and have not received a response.
