It's a scam company when a dress didn't fit they run small they won't accept return you need to send back to China which costs about 150 dollars
Only give you 3 dollars refund want you to buy another of their poorly made items for 50 percent off

I ordered two swimsuits and they arrived fairly quickly - they certainly weren't shipped from China where I was instructed to send them if I wanted a refund. I ordered Medium. I wear small in most things but swimsuits are something you don't want to be too small. The bottoms on both suits were way too small. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told they would send me another order at 50% off OR I could keep the items and get a BS refund OR ship them back to Shanghai. Unless you are absolutely certain of your purchase, DO NOT buy from this company.
Mid Waist Stripe Print Bikini
The Mid Waist Stripe Print Bikini is defective. The bright white inner lining shows (e.g., along leg holes, waist band, neckline, under arms), and Beachsissi purports that this is the intended design and so will not adhere to its online refund policy. The only options for recourse are 1) return the suit to an address in China at the customer's expense; 2) receive a discount on a future order; or 3) receive a refund of 1% of the purchase price.

Horrible customer service. My Order was supposed to arrive in 12-18 days. It’s been 25 days and it still has not made it to the shipping facility across the country.

Totally misleading. China product, China return required. Ordered based on sizing chart but doesn't fit correctly at all! Better off throwing money out the window!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT I ORDERED 6 SWIMSUITS FROM THIS COMPANY. I SPENT $188. WHEN ASKED ABOUT RETURNING SOME OR ALL OF THEM THEY GAVE ME 3 OPTIONS. 1)KEEP SUITS AND THEY WOULD REFUND $5 PER ITEM 2)THEY WOULD SEND ME TWO NEW ITEMS FOR FREE 3) SHIP ITEMS BACK TO CHINA WITHOUT GUARANTEE THEY WOULD RECEIVE THEM AND THE DISCOURAGED ME FROM DOING THIS. I ATTEMPTED TO NEGOTIATE SEVERAL OPTIONS WITH THEM WITHOUT SUCCESS.

I ordered a swimsuit and it does not fit.....sizing is off. I wanted to return it due to the color and size and they will not refund money. They are happy to take my money but wont give it back.

I received the swimsuits without a problem. I tried them and one was too big. When I did the proper procedure to return they said I was outside their two week return policy. This is ridiculous. They offered a discount if I ordered something else. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit me. Poor service and would not waste your time with this site.

Ordered several items and did not like them. Contacted customer service within the return timeframe. Beachsissi told me its too hard to return items and would like me to keep them and they will send me a few free items. I told them no, I want to return. They will not respond to me with return instructions. My order was over $250.
Beware if ordering!4 suits
Absolutely DO NOT BUY! The suits run super small and are very cheaply made. You can see the thin padding through the suit. I tried to return and because I moved I was two days over the 15 day allowed return. They would not allow it even though it was delivered to my old address. Yuck yuck yuck!!!
Bathing Suits
Terrible customer service and shipping. Product waited three days in their warehouse waiting to be picked up by USPS (ass per their website). When I sent an email questioning it, I got an automated response that it would be delivered soon! (Even though it was still in Missouri City!)

The amount of return time is very short. I spent a considerable amount of money but missed the deadline. They would not accept my return and lost out on the money. I do not recommend this company
5 bikinis
I wish I wouldn’t have ignored the red flags before placing this order. Now all I’ve done is waste my money. If the item ordered fits and you’re happy with it, great. If not ... there’s no turning back. The only return option for a refund is to cover shipping costs to China which I was told is around $100, regardless of weight/size of package. Since you are unable to order separate sizes for tops and bottoms, this makes getting the perfect fit that much harder. Not worth the risk, bottom line. Please save your money!!

I ordered a suit that was too small. All I wanted to do was exchange it! Terrible customer service! I can’t get anyone to respond to the exchange I would like to make. Very frustrating!

Making impossible to get your $ back when it doesn’t fit ( they offer you three dollars per item as alternative or 50 percent off new itemI ordered on 3/3/2021 and was worried I would never get the bathing suit or it would be after the season was over. I received an email today that it would be delivered today and it was 3/12/2021. The quality was great. Glad I ordered and will order again.
1 swimsuit, 1 cover-up, 1 maxi dress - total $96
I ordered 3 items from the company and none of them fit, despite the fact that I ordered my "normal" sizes. I am 5'4" and 148 lbs - so not tiny, but not obese. The "one size fits all" cover up that was shown as coming down mid-thigh was literally t-shirt length and I could barely get it on without it tearing. The swimsuit was cut very strange and my boob hung out the "peep hole", and I couldn't get the dress over my shoulders. There web site says returns are not an issue - to contact customer service. I did and was told that my 3 options were to 1) Take a $3/item refund ($9 for a $96 order); 2) They would send me ONE new item of my choice; or 3) I could return the order to CHINA - the shipping address was a US address. I went by all the glowing reviews on their web site when ordering, but obviously those are fake. I learned my lesson - never again!

Swimsuits were good quality. But I needed to return both of them due to ill-fit. You have to return your package to CHINA! I'm not sure I will ever get my money back.... I would advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. BECAUSE THE RETURN PROCESS IS TOO EXPENSIVE!

Return policy is official. Will cost you $60 to return. I would not recommend purchasing from from the states.

Fun patterns and reasonably priced. Order took forever to arrive - about 4 weeks. The quality is very bad. And when I wanted to return and get my money back customer service wanted more reasons and descriptions than my telling them they did not fit right (which they didn't - they run extremely large). They wanted me to send pictures and said I could exchange for different size. And then they highlighted I will have to pay for return shipping ... at this point, I am fine doing this as I just don't want the produce and I want my money back. I will never order from them again

Will never purchase again. Bought 3 suits. All of which were too big. Inquired about return, was told it is inconvenient to return. That statement was both rude and unprofessional to someone who just purchased 3 suits. Never. Again.
I totally agree with the above, do not order at Beachsissi, Quality is very poor and they will not return the money, they offer a piece free of charge and ou can hold the items. But the only think you can do with the dresses are use them as a cleaning cloth. So do not not order!!!
