I ordered 4 swim suits and received them in 1 weeks time. I was skeptical after ordering, and read negative reviews and contacted the company to cancel, but they assured me that my order would be fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order so quickly and to find that the sizing was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order again!

I ordered 5 swim suits from this company and they were nothing like shown on the website. It took over a month to get my order and I had to buy new suits from other places because I was leaving out of the country on vacation. Return policy isn’t even worth it because who knew we were ordering from China?! Save yourself the money and headache and don’t shop BEACHSISSIthis company is a rip off. PLEASE do not order from this company. all the complaints are real.
Everything above is 100% accurate. I ordered 4 swimsuits and two swim shorts. The sizing is off even for suits of the same style but in different colors. I urge you to make a complaint with the Attorney General's office to get this company off the internet. I will be filing s complaint. The return policy is unfair and falsely advertised. The website specifically states you will get a full refund if you choose but mentions nothing about returning internationally. It's a scam. If you want to buy similar suits go to cupshe.com. prices are slightly cheaper and you can return. I will never buy from beachsissi again. It's a scam!

Exact same experience! Ordered 3 swimsuits. Took a little more than 30 days to get them and they were not as represented in the photos. I sent a request to return within 3 days of receiving and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email and threatened to contact the better business bureau. The response was that since we were beyond the 15 days from receipt they would only consider giving me another item at half price. What a joke. Do not order from this company!!!!
I just checked my credit card statement they changed me for my item and I saw another transaction for some odd cents. The amount is not the problem here the bigger issue is they are changing my card without my permission ?? I will be contacting my credit card today!

Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. Tried to return the order and they would not respond to emails or calls. They waited until the 22nd day and then responded by saying I had 15 days to return the item. No paperwork was included with the order. I had to hunt down where the company was located to get contact info. Read all of the comments above. All true.
Do not waste your money using this site. Returns are impossible, swimsuits may or may not be the size you ordered and they don’t match what is shown on website. Be more intelligent than i was.

Well made, good fabric, well represented by picture.
I read the reviews about sizing & when I would normally be M - Lg - I ordered XXL - & they were perfect. But - while I would order shorts again I would be hesitant to order bathers if the sizing is so different. Polka dot halter neck dress
My credit card was debited for this transaction on the 23rd of November. I was told on placing the order it would take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive. It is now the 9th of December and I still haven't received the dress. I am considering going to my bank and getting them to refund my money.

I bought a few things and the quality was cheap. When I returned the items in a timely manner they said the refund failed. Then said there was a dispute with the credit card company. I called the credit card company and they said there was no dispute. I asked again for my refund and they said it has to long that I could have a merchandise credit or a credit through pay pal. I don't have a account. I told them to mail a check, they said they can't do that either. I will never order from them again and I will let everyone know what had happened to me.

Yet another CHINA scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Specifically checked return policy as swimwear and style with different brands can be a challenge. Suit was cut way too low. After several emails was told I could exchange for 50% off new item, refund $3 & keep item, or return for full refund- to a China shipping address at $30. We all need to come together to stop these scammers.

one piece swimwear
I finally got my order today 8/6/20 after ordering on July 13th. I was pleasantly surprised as all 4 suits I ordered were all very nice and just as pictured. They also fit well. I am 136lbs and 5,1 and typically wear an 8 to 10 and am a 34 ddd. Glad I got the large as they fit perfectly!

If you’re ordering for a trip - will never makes it i time. Have not received email updates. Thought it might be a fake company so checked reviews - quite terrible with similar experiences. Very delayed shipping in many cases.

I've ordered twice from this company and love all 3 of my swimsuits. I ordered an XL, the fit is snug but it holds everything in place perfectly. Im 5'7" and 187lb. My first order came in within 1month and my second took 3 weeks. The fabric is beautiful as well. Hope this helps anyone questioning this website aa I did after making my order, so happy I did.

Fabric quality not good - Would be afraid to wash and not fall apart. Colors not what the picture shoes. Sizes not true to size - run small. I ordered 1 set to try the sizing and they fit perfectly. So, I odered another set plus 2 bottoms and they were as if they were for kids. I contacted for return a few days later and the replied "Sunce returning is complicated process, we offer sending you a new one at 50% discount" !!!! What??

4 bathing suits
I ordered 4 suits reasonably priced. The sizes fit well, I used the size chart.
But one suit, the leaf print ruched one piece, did not match the picture on line. The online suit had vibrant colors, the suit I received was dull and ugly colors. I tried to return it and get a refund but they do not accept returns because I would have to send it all the way back to China! So I am stuck with a suit I hate. This was my final email to Beachsissi after 6 back and fourths.
I am extremely disappointed in your company and will NEVER order another thing from you. I will also make sure everyone I know is aware of your ridiculous policies and your lack of follow through when it comes to righting your wrongs. I spent a $126 USD at your company on poor quality bathing suits, with weak descriptions at best. More importantly I specifically paid for 3-5 day shipping as I was going out of town two weeks from my order date and of course they didn't arrive until the day I return home so I had to purchase additional bathing suits to take on the trip. WHY offer and have a customer pay the 3-5 shipping option if it doesn't get there for 3 weeks? One of your terrible return offers does not even reimburse the shipping cost I paid. It looks like I should have done a better job reading the reviews for your company before I made my purchase because it looks to me as though you are not really in the clothing business but rather in the business of stealing people's money. It has now been a month and I am still waiting. When I tried contacting the company with my concerns their advice was to "be patient". I will never purchase from this site again. I ordered 3 swimsuits on 6/7/20 and finally received a package on 7/18/20, only to open it up and find a random bathing suit that i DID NOT order and a jumpsuit that I also DID NOT order. Prior to receiving the wrong items, I emailed Beachsissi 4 times regarding here my package was. Since I received the wrong package, they had me send pics of what I did recieve and I was told that they do not sell these items but they would PROMPTLY send the correct items. They have since DELETED my account so I doubt they will be good on their word. I filed a dispute with PAYPAL
