Bathing suit
Bathing suit arrived finally but they sent the wrong size. When I emailed customer service they told me to keep the suit and they would send a replacement but I would have to pay half the cost of the new suit . Why should I pay more money when it was their error? I have seen this before with merchants located in China. Buyer beware!

The item I purchased (show on website) was not what I received. I was told it was UPGRADED but it actually looks cheap and unattractive. The OLD design continues to be shown on the website. Do NOT purchase from this company. Horrible return policy!!
Two bathing suits
NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Will I order here again!!! I had high hopes that my bathing suits would be great. Unfortunately, it was a mishap before it even came. I paid express delivery which was $18 (3-7 working days) for my two swim suits with a grand total of $76. I didn’t receive suits until 1 1/2 month later. When I contacted customer service, they only gave me refund for $9 dollars not to mention giving me a different tracking number for another shipped item because the first one was lost in shipping somehow. When I finally received my swim suits, the items were cheaply made and disproportionate! I’m disappointed but I’m afraid to even return this to get refund... cause I may end up with nothing in return. This is warning to everyone!!! Better off buying from cupshe which is base out of LA instead of China. Items are the same but different designs!

My rating is zero stars, but two stars is the minimum option here.
I never received my swimsuit despite multiple emails. They also made me pay for an item they never shipped. Technically I’m still waiting for my purchase and it’s been nearly two years. This is a scam. Do not order!!!Beware of Return Policy
You can't return purchases if they don't fit, etc. I purchased two swimsuits, after checking the website's return info. Return instructions are to send the items to China, which may cost at least $40 or more. So if you're ordering to check out their products be warned that they are yours to keep no matter what. Return options are (quoted from their email); A) Exchange for new item: we resend you a new item with 50% off price instead of return. (According to them); Most customers choose this. B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD $3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time. C)Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid return tracking number.
Beware: the return address required is Shanghai China and shipping there, with a tracking number cost almost as much as the two swimsuits I ordered. My experience has reinforced my point of view to ONLY order online from known retailers.I purchased swim wear paid extra for 4 day delivery, I wanted it for memorial weekend ????. They are so quick to take your money then lies and deceit. You can't call them no customer service number. You then email them and get some convoluted delivery trail from China to Shanghai to another Shanghai then some airport delivery. They are a big scam, its been over 12 days. Beachsissi should be shut down and made sure they refund all monies. China is not being held responsible for fictitious apparel websites.
2 swimsuits
Ordered 2 swimsuits that came in a timely manner, however did not fit. The cost for both was approximately $70.00. When I emailed to return they then stated a return had to be shipped to China. I tried 2 different shipping services and the cost to ship was between $40 and $70.00. The company offered no alternative to get a full refund. No where on the website does it state the company is in China or that returns have to be sent to China. Now I am stuck with 2 swimsuits that do not fit.

I will never order from this company again. I tried to access the link to exchange for a larger size and it took me SEVERAL attempts to FINALLY request an exchange. I then received a response that two much time had expired which is rediculous because it had been less than 35 days. They then offered me another suit at half price. If I had accepted the offer, I would be paying way over what the suit was worth. Since it takes so long to receive the products from overseas, the customer should be given more time to respond particularly when the website is NOT user friendly.
Two one piece swimsuits
I ordered two suits . One suit fit the other was way too small even though it was same size of other one. Took weeks to get and now I have to pay shipping to China to return them? They offered me $3 to just keep it or half of another order. Why would I lose money when I I could get a full refund. It won’t be full because I have to pay shipping to China and I have no idea how much that will be. So if you want to wait , then have it be a big hassle to return then sure shop here . I am shopping in the United States only from now on.
2 XL Tankinis
Although the swimsuits were nice material and cute, they were WAY small - I wear the same size in all other swimsuit brands (size 12 if numerical) but this wouldn't even go down over my boobs. Only return option is just a mailing address overseas - mailed with a tracking number on March 26th - says it arrived in Tokyo on April 6th and has been "in transit" ever since. I would not have ordered from this company had I known they were overseas - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you're fine with throwing away money if the suit doesn't fit. And I would size up 2 sizes.
A Rashguard swimsuit
Item took over two weeks to arrive. It is too large. There was no paperwork included in the package. I contacted the Support team and exchanged many emails regarding how to return or exchange. The replies came days later and still with no return shipping advice or approval. I am stuck with a too-large swimsuit that cost me $38.99 and no way to return or exchange. I wish I had my time back that I spent trying to get a fair exchange. I won't order anything else from this company and they give other businesses in China a black eye. No more Instagram purchases for me!
Bathing Suit Bust????
After reading all these reviews, I'm kicking myself. I had an almost IDENTICAL experience to many, many others. I ordered a bathing suit and after trying it on, found that it ran small. When I asked for a refund, they offered me an "exchange" where I didn't have to return it and could purchase the next size up for 50% off. Not. An. Exchange. When I insisted that I wanted to actually exchange it, they said they were NOT responsible for the shipping for me to return it? What?! How do they expect to maintain a clientele with this crappy customer service? They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Not true at ALL.
I agree, don't buy from this company.
Dress
Wanted to return this dress and thought it would be 30 days (normal return time) but to my amazement it's 15 days!!! They don't include a receipt or an order So all of the work make a return is on the customer. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

This company is awful. They take more then 30 days to get it to you. They charge you for expedited 7 day shipping and won’t refund. Their clothes are super small and defective. They won’t give you a refund. Don’t buy from here.

Not happy! In my opinion, the product doesn't match the picture on the site. The colors seem off, the fabric is horrible - not something I want to feel against my skin. I didn't try it on - immediately emailed Beachissi I wanted a refund. The return options are $3 refund, 50% off another (cheaply-made item) or "full refund" less the prohibitive cost of returning the item - shipped from San Bernadino, CA - to Shanghai, China. I will alert California's attorney general about this site and its return policies.

I placed an order for 2 swimsuits on 4/13 and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service who replied in a timely manner saying it was delivered but I never received it. Very disappointed and now I'm out $65. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

BEWARE!!! this company is a rip off, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The bathing suits are not sized properly , they are in China , so of you want a refund it will cost you half of your shipment , the worst part is that they offered to return item automatically for a return money of 3.00 each and 9.00 for shipment are the CRAZY YES !! And a RIP OFF I PAID ALMOST 75.00 I total Horrible service and BEWARE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! They don’t deserve any stars because I would’ve gave them non but the system didn’t let me leave it a ZERO!!

I ordered two, one had brown smudges in the interior of the top. The other was obviously already worn based on the nasty of the sticker in the bottoms. I asked to return for my money back. I was given three options that was $3 off per item or I could ship back at my expense for return or exchange. The cost to ship back does not outweigh the money back. Super disappointed, do not order from this site!
Bathing suits
Excellent quality and finished. Totally recommend. It is great fabric, fast shipping and items match color and website description.
After over one month I still haven't received my bathing suit. Although, my credit card was charged the same day. I asked for a refund, but received an email saying my shipment was lost and they will reship. I do not want the order. This is a scam site. Don't order. Will be contacting the BBB since they charged my account and didn't send me my order. I will only accept a refund at this point. I'm calling my credit card company today.
