Buyer beware - you will NOT get your money back if the suits don’t fit and they are not US sizes.
I would have gone 1 star all the way but this sight would only accept two as the lowest rating.Swimsuits
I purchased 2 swimsuits for my daughter and paid extra for shipping to get the items within 3-5 days. The items came 11 days after purchase and while I was on a 2-week vacation. The return policy says to notify them within 15 days if you wish to return. I requested to return 2 suits a week after their deadline and was denied. They offer to send you a new item at half the cost, but will not refund. No thank you. I asked if they could do in-store credit and was told no.
My advice: Don't purchase from here. If you do, pay CLOSE attention to the return policy and do NOT pay extra for shipping.Polka Dot Print Patchwork Dresses
I found the size charts to be very inaccurate and the items to be quite large. The quality is lacking, but probably what you'd expect for the price. The site should say "no returns" or "all sales final". When trying to make a return, you are offered only $3 or you can pay the $28 to send your item back to China. This is very misleading. All in all, it is poor customer service.
Pink Tankini
Ordering and delivery were fine, the problem was that when I wore my suit into the pool on vacation, by the end of vacation the swim suit went from hot pink to a VERY, VERY light pink with purple spots. Customer service said that’s what happens to a suit after being in the sun and pool. Maybe. When your child is five and lives in the pool all summer, but not after a week.

I would not order from this website!! They make it virtually impossible to return anything that does not fit. You have to return it to China and it is so expensive that it's not worth it!!

Quality was just OK. Took a LONG time to receive. Didn't realize coming from China (of course models and website definitely look like USA!
Didn't like 2 items but to return, would cost $75! The only other option was to order another piece for free or 2 pieces for 50%. Did NOT want to give more money! So I chose to receive $3 for each piece!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY if there is any chance you want to return any of the items. The returning customer must contact the customer service department to get a tracking number. Unfortunately, they never respond. I have sent 4 emails and received no response.
You have to pay for your own return shipping and it is way too costly. Would not recommend!!!
9 Bathing suits
I purchased 9 suits because the site said you could return or exchange. I checked all of the size measurements and ordered accordingly… However, they all varied in measurement and I needed a couple different sizes. The company then informed me that they were based in China and shipping would be expensive and take a long time. They won’t reimburse until they received and I couldn’t even have tracking. They told me to keep them and sell them???

Only a 14-day return policy from date of delivery. Sizing not accurate. Material not quality. Customer service is terrible trying to return their product.

Very deceptive return policy. Had to return to China which was almost 30.00 for a product that was just not the right size. I would never order from Beachsissi again. When I inquired about return information they were vague and not timely in getting back to me. That lack of response delayed return . I believe this is a tactic to miss the 15 day return policy.

Customer service is deceptive. So is the fact that this order comes from Shanghai, not Rosemead, CA, which must be a fulfillment center. I wish I'd read reviews first.
I tried to return this item of poor quality, scratchy material. It took them about a week to get back to me regarding the procedure for returns. All the website says is email the company. Should have read that first too. I might have figured something was fishy. Here are the instructions they finally emailed to me:

There is no reasonably priced way to track an item mailed to China. A company can fabricate the story that they never received the return and you might as well kiss your refund goodbye if you don't have proof of delivery! The shirt cost me $40 which smarts but won't kill my budget, but could do so for some people who can't afford a replacement. I get help with my limited income so I am lucky.
My Goodwill donation box will just get another shirt added to it!
Don't deal with this company unless you are absolutely sure you'll be happy with whatever they send you, you wish to make a charitable contribution to their company, or you think I'm kidding! Good luck.
I have nothing good to say about the customer service or the shoddy product. Oh yeah, they can keep their Fast Partial Refund for $3.00! ROFLMAO!As much to send back the product itself. Poor quality, I will never order from here again and neither will my 2 daughters.

If you want something shipped in 2021 forget about it. I ordered a swimsuit the end of May and paid an additional 18 for 3 to 5 business days shipping. I was hoping to have it for my vacation on June 15th. As of June 23rd there is no sign of the order other than emails saying it’s on its way. Read the reviews! I should have.
I bought 2 bathing suits.
This has been a TERRIBLE company to deal with. Their bathing suits are cheaply made and are a lot smaller than what is listed. I needed to exchange my two bathing suits for a different size and was told if I paid $16.50 through PayPal they would ship the new sizes, well I did. Then someone messaging me saying they needed more money. It seems a bit fishy to me when all I want to do is exchange them. So now I have been trying to get ahold of someone to get my $16.50 back and I'll just keep the two small suits... I feel like this company is very shady and sucks at customer service!!! Buyers beware. I will continue to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from this company!!!!!

Worst service
They’re fine if you like what you receive. But if you need to return they’re a nightmare. Want photos of what you want to return them offer discounts on new products instead of allowing you to return. Then tell you if you try to return it will get stick in customs. I’ll file a claim and dispute the charges.

This company seems like a scam. I placed an order over three weeks ago and it has not arrived. I use the tracking number provided and it shows no label has been created nor shipping information. When I contact customer service they keep referring me to the tracking number and to keep checking back. This is a total scam and they prey on young teens. I will not order ever again from this company. I have Nani and Sunmersault to be better alternatives.
Have yet to recieve my order one month later wth?
