My time with the company was okay, nothing special really. It wasn't amazing, but it also wasn't terrible. It was just kind of average. The prices were fair, not super high or super low, just right in the middle. The services they gave were pretty good, nothing amazing but also nothing too bad. It was all just pretty average, nothing really stood out. In general, it was an okay experience that I would say is worth a shot for a friend.
Vitamins and supplements
I bought some vitamins and stuff from this one place, and they were decent, but then they come at me saying I ordered too much and banned me from their site! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? I was just trying to get stuff for my fam, not looking to resell or anything. And instead of just talking to me like a normal person, they went straight to threatening me with not being able to buy directly from the manufacturer. Can you believe that nonsense?
Dietary supplements
As someone who knows a bit about dietary supplements, I was pretty bummed out to find out that the product I got from this company had some sketchy stuff in it. They took forever to ship it to me, and when I finally got it, I saw that it had lead, mercury, and cadmium in it, which I only noticed because the label had super tiny print. And to top it off, they won't take returns on stuff you've opened, even if it could be harmful to your health. It's just not right for a company to sell products with bad ingredients and have labels that are basically impossible to read. I'd say be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
Supplements purchased
I just bought some supplements and man, the whole ordering and delivery process has been a real pain. I placed my order on January 9th and I've been having to bug them for updates ever since. At this point, I'm not even sure if I'm gonna get my stuff. It's been super annoying, especially cause there are way more bad reviews than good ones on the site.
Pain relief supplement
My experience with this company was so frustrating. When I called customer service about a problem with my order, they just didn't seem to care at all. It was obvious they weren't interested in helping me out or making sure I was happy as a customer. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Supplement order canceled
I just ordered this supplement I really wanted, but then I got an email saying that they're all out of stock and my order got canceled. What's weird is that it's still showing as available online. It was really annoying and kinda bummed me out.
Vitamins gone bad by the time they arrived
Man, I ordered those vitamins like a week ago and they still haven't gotten here. When they finally did, I thought they might be expired or something. Customer service really needs to do better.
Probiotics order
I bought some probiotics from this company not too long ago, and man, was I let down. They said it would get to me in 2-4 days, but it actually took a whole week to show up. And on top of that, when it finally got here, the ice pack inside was totally melted, thanks to some rough handling I guess. By the time it arrived, I was so fed up that I went ahead and bought the same thing from a store nearby on day 5.
Recent supplement order
I just bought some supplements online and ended up getting the wrong amount. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to fix the mistake. Dealing with their bad customer service was super annoying, especially since they promise customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be cautious about ordering from them again.
Unsatisfactory customer service
My experience with this company's customer service was really disappointing. They say they want to help customers with problems, but that wasn't my experience at all. I should've checked out reviews before buying because they definitely didn't meet my expectations.
Theracurmin HP
I ordered three Theracurmin 120 count bottles. They sent me three 60 count bottles and refuse to do anything about it (except to say that I get a 15% return customer discount on future orders).
I wish I would have searched the web before ordering- they get a lot of 1 star reviews about the company refusing to fix orders even (refusing their "customer satisfaction guarantee).
