Oh god the variations in brands !!
Well i am the happy customer here ! I bought two shoes from here . One for my brother and one for me . The first one i bought was from Nike and the second one is Reebok. The problem with my family is , no one excatly like one damn brand! we all have a different preferences. its so hard to buy shoes from everyone from one place which cause money waste, time waste and energy waste
But here we got everything covered. Also its just so easy to buy the shoes i am looking. The sizes are good, the quality is perfect and what more? Delivery is the perfect one !Shoes returned due to wrong size
I ordered a pair of shoes online from this store and when they arrived, they didn't fit right. I tried reaching out right after I made the order, but they were already closed. So, first thing the next morning, I gave them a call to let them know about the mix-up. The lady on the phone told me my order was already on its way, but I had a hard time believing that since the tracking info didn't update until later. It seemed like they didn't even try to stop it before it shipped, so I had to refuse the delivery and eat the shipping costs. Their customer service was so disappointing that I decided to close my account then and there. So long, Bob's!
