    Identify Correct Parts and Swift Shipping

    As a customer at Techbuyer, I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the team was in assisting me to find the right parts for my needs.     Point of sale system for my restaurant

    The point of sale system from this company has completely changed the way we run our restaurant. It has made things more efficient, reduced mistakes, and given us really useful information about how we're doing. The system is easy to use and our staff picked it up quickly. We've been able to manage our inventory better, keep track of our sales, and do a better job overall. The customer support team has been great at helping us out whenever we've had questions or problems. I definitely suggest this point of sale system to any restaurant that wants to make things better.

    Shoes returned due to wrong size

    I ordered a pair of shoes online from this store and when they arrived, they didn't fit right. I tried reaching out right after I made the order, but they were already closed. So, first thing the next morning, I gave them a call to let them know about the mix-up. The lady on the phone told me my order was already on its way, but I had a hard time believing that since the tracking info didn't update until later. It seemed like they didn't even try to stop it before it shipped, so I had to refuse the delivery and eat the shipping costs. Their customer service was so disappointing that I decided to close my account then and there. So long, Bob's!

    Ordered tires on a Friday

    At two o'clock in the afternoon, I still hadn't seen any progress on my order from last Friday. I attempted to get in touch with customer service through texts and phone calls, and finally managed to speak with someone after navigating through various automated prompts. The customer service representative I connected with was really helpful and explained that my order was accidentally overlooked for shipping on Monday. He assured me that it would be sent out that day, and it actually arrived pretty quickly. While I get that mistakes happen, having more employees like the one who assisted me would definitely reduce the wait times for customers trying to contact them.

    KidsGuard Pro for Android - purchased 2 plans

    I set up an Android Tablet & a phone on the 12th. I tested the browsing and it worked. But since then, on the tablet, the browsing only showed a few times “my activity” was checked & only a few key logs. Not showing apps usage since the 1st day and no youtube at all. I have the tablet right here next to me and still nothing. I checked permissions and all on. I can take a screen shot, but that's about it. On the phone, again, right next to me, I can see calls made, locate phone (see next paragraph) & see messages. I was able to record a couple calls, but not all, only got to see 1 minute of browsing recently , no key logs, no youtube & only once did the screenshot work. All permissions are on.
    Also, the locations on the map, many times, are a mile to 2 miles off. But always off at least a half mile. I also have Google Maps and used timeline. We did an experiment and went to precise locations and tested both mapping systems. Timeline was either on the money or worst case, a few hundred feet off. But, I can fix the map on timeline and cause it to make the future locations more accurate. I can’t do that on yours. I did go to the site that provides your map, but couldn’t correct the location of GPS points.
    Both devices have been turned off & on. Programs, permissions, all good. Can't find anything wrong. Keylogging is one of the most important features and the main reason I purchased 2 plans. I have tried over & over to submit the online form, but always shows an error. Which I think, looking at the other reviews, should have been fixed long ago. Customer support will make or break a company. An actual program manual, with troubleshooting, wouldn’t hurt either.
    A little help here please……

    USReviews, Your review question "Would you shop again at..." should have a "maybe" button. It's not a yes or no answer. It depends on when or if these issues get addressed.

    Though not a special agency,but they have good deals, comparatively better rates of flights tickets.
    I had to go more then three destinations within 48 hours plus return and deals were 30% off , so as a customer, a good flight service and best rates is always our preference.
