Three pairs of jeans
I bought three pairs of jeans from this store not too long ago, but I had some issues. After wearing them just a little bit, all three pairs started to come apart at the seat. I tried reaching out through email several times for help, but I never got a response. I kept trying to contact customer service, but they were never available and didn't offer much help when they finally did respond. Even when I showed them proof of my initial email about the ripped jeans, they said it was too late to do anything about it. Overall, I was pretty disappointed by the low quality of the jeans and the bad customer service from this store.
Delayed order
I ordered something not too long ago but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried reaching out multiple times to ask about it, but I haven't gotten any updates. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and how slow things are moving.
Clothing
The customer service is terrible. They forgot or did not care to fulfill my order and by the time I heard from them the product in my size was sold out. They have some really nice clothes, but order on Amazon and don't pay their overpriced shipping and you probably wont get order from them anyway
