Eco-friendly cleaning bundle
I wanted to be more eco-friendly with my cleaning supplies, so I decided to give this bundle of green cleaning products a shot. It had everything I needed, including glass bottles for every product. The best part is they offer a refill service, so I can keep reusing the same bottles. These cleaners work just as good as the brand-name ones I used to get at the store. Delayed order due to stock issue
I ordered my usual cleaning products from this company, but there was a big delay in getting my stuff. It took almost a week with no updates, so I called customer service to ask what was up. They said the dishwashing tablets I wanted were out of stock, but told me not to worry because my order would be on its way soon.
Subscription purchase experience
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I was happy with what I got. But, I was bummed to find out that it was actually a subscription service. They didn't make that clear when I was ordering, so I ended up getting charged for another shipment without even knowing it. I like it when companies are upfront and honest, so this lack of transparency really annoyed me.
