Mediocre experience with Coway
I've been using Coway products for a few years now, and overall, I've been pretty happy with them. The first thing I bought from the company was a water purifier, which has been working great. It's really convenient to have clean drinking water right at the tap, and I don't have to worry about constantly buying bottled water.
I've also tried some of Coway's air purifiers, and they've been really effective at improving the air quality in my home. I have allergies, so having a clean air environment is really important to me. The air purifiers are a bit loud, but that's a small price to pay for the benefits they provide.
One thing I wish Coway offered is a wider range of products. I'd love to see them expand into other home appliances, like vacuums or washing machines. But overall, I'm satisfied with the products I've purchased from the company so far. The customer service has also been helpful when I've had questions or needed assistance with anything.My air purifier broke after 6 months
I bought this really cool air purifier, but the carbon filter broke after only 6 months. When I called customer service about it, the guy was pretty rude and said I had to buy a whole new set, even though just one piece needed replacing. And get this - the HEPA filter was still in good shape! It felt like a huge rip-off, especially since they were rude the first time I called too.

My air purifier works pretty good, but man, those replacement filters are way too expensive. And don't even get me started on cleaning the first filter - total pain! Even after vacuuming and washing, it's such a pain to get all the dust out.

I recently received an air purifier that was completely broken when it arrived. It was really frustrating, and when I reached out to return it, they took forever to get back to me and then said it was past the return window. That is seriously not cool. I used to have a good impression of this company, but now I'm not so sure. I'll just make sure to let all my friends know not to purchase anything from them.
Mega400 Bidet Toilet Seat
My experience with the Mega400 bidet toilet seat hasn't been great. At first, I thought it was pretty good, but after using it for just two years, I saw that the seat had cracked. I'm a big guy at 270 pounds, so that might have caused the problem. I contacted customer service hoping to get some replacement parts, but they said they didn't have any. Even though the warranty was only one year, I expected better service from the company. They basically just told me tough luck. The bidet's washing feature works fine, but what's the point of a $400 water jet if the seat is broken? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product because it's not very durable and the customer support is lacking.
Air Purifier Purchase
Man, let me tell ya, this company's shipping is just terrible. I recently ordered an air purifier and was totally surprised when I found out it was delivered without a heads up. The delivery guy didn't even knock on my door or try to hide the package. So, yeah, you guessed it, my package got swiped. I tried contacting the company about it, but they basically told me tough luck and blamed me and the delivery service. Unbelievable, right? They don't want to take any responsibility. This kind of behavior is just not cool. I've never had such a bad customer service experience in all my years of shopping online. It's pretty obvious they couldn't care less about keeping their customers happy and safe.
