Video player purchase
I was really let down by the video player I got from this company. It was supposed to be the top free choice out there, but it turned out to be the worst player I've ever tried. Dealing with the limitations of the player was annoying, and I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work right. It seemed like the developers didn't really care about making a good product, and I was just really disappointed with the whole experience.
Cyport Power DVD software
I just want to give a big shoutout to Cyberlink for saving me from making a big mistake. I was this close to buying some software that would've given me the same troubles that another person had mentioned. Thanks to Telekom for making me pause and think things over. It hit me that I already bought Cyport Power DVD a while back and when I tried to install it, I ran into all the problems that the other person had talked about. Lesson learned, I will never trust Cyberlink again. They're just the worst.
Full version software
I tried out the demo and really enjoyed it, so I decided to purchase the full version. But let me tell you, the full version is a letdown compared to the demo! It's missing a bunch of the cool features that I loved. Plus, it takes forever to export my videos, and then they won't even play properly! I can't even check them out before exporting. I reached out to support, and all they told me was to update my drivers. I tried that a million times, but it didn't fix anything. They promised a solution, but the download link they sent me was broken. They keep saying they're working on it, but it's been two weeks now and nothing has improved. I feel like they're stalling so I miss the 30-day return window! Nope, I'm returning this software right away. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Their tech support team just keeps repeating the same useless advice. Every time I visit their forums, everyone is complaining about the same thing - this software is a mess!
Free software download when purchasing bluray writer/reader
I was told I'd get a free software download when I bought a bluray writer/reader, but to get it, I had to sign up for an account, which was annoying. When I tried to log in, the password rules had changed and my old password didn't work anymore. Talking to the help desk was a pain since I couldn't see their response without logging in. Plus, once I made the account, I kept getting a bunch of spam emails from the company every day, which was super irritating.
PowerDirector 16 Ultimate purchase
I made a mistake by buying PowerDirector 16 Ultimate from this company, thinking it would work on my Mac. Turns out, it's only for Windows. Plus, the 3 registered lifetime licenses they promised me are useless on my Mac. Their customer service is horrible - nobody ever responds to my messages, no matter how many times I try. I feel like I got ripped off for $190, and I'm demanding a refund.

I had a really bad customer service experience with this company. The people I talked to were not helpful at all and were really unfriendly.
