Comfortable and sophisticated clothing

Face masks
I bought some face masks from this company not too long ago, and man, I gotta say I was really let down by the quality. The masks felt super flimsy and did not fit my face well at all. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to ask for my $31+ back, but I haven't heard a peep from them. It's been pretty aggravating dealing with this lack of communication and customer service. I'm still waiting for them to make things right.
Face mask too small
I got a face mask and it was way too small for my face. I tried to wear it but it just squished my nose and felt super uncomfortable. I wanted to return it but they said no returns on masks. It really bummed me out because now I'm out $20. Ugh.
