Rug pad shedding black particles
I bought a rug pad back in November 2022 and at first, I was pretty happy with it. But now, just a little over a year later, it's shedding these black bits all over my floor when I pull the carpet up to clean it. I thought I was getting a good quality product considering what I paid for it, so I'm bummed that it didn't hold up better. I've always taken good care of my rugs and never washed them in a way that could mess them up, so this shedding problem caught me off guard and it's really annoying.

It's been pretty aggravating dealing with this lack of communication and customer service. I'm still waiting for them to make things right.

I just got this coat from the company and let me tell you, it's amazing! The quality is top of the line and the style is totally my vibe - super stylish and a little extra, just how I like it. The only issue is that the sizes run a tad small, so it would be awesome if they had more options for us plus-sized ladies. But all in all, I'm really happy with what I bought.
