I just bought an Overboard duffel drybag from this store and I gotta say, the price was right. It showed up pretty quick, but the packaging wasn't great and it ended up damaged. Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service with a picture of the damage, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement in no time. All in all, I was happy with how they handled things and I'd definitely think about buying from them again.
Rigid back panel issue
I bought a bag, and the back bracket fell off. Customer service was not helpful at all. I don't think I'll purchase from them again.
