    Recent Online Purchase Experience

    I recently bought something online and it ended up being a real headache trying to change my email address on my account. I reached out to customer service, but no luck. They basically told me I had to either stop getting marketing emails (and lose out on bonuses) or start a whole new account with a brand new email (and lose all my purchase history and bonuses). I was pretty disappointed by the lack of options for something as simple as changing an email address.

The clothes are amazing, and even though they can be a little pricey, I always manage to find some great deals during sales. The quality is top-notch, and I really appreciate that they use sustainable fabrics.

    Oversized sweater purchase

    If you like feeling like you're banging your head against a wall and not getting any love as a customer, then this is your spot. I recently bought this giant sweater from this store and man, it was a letdown. Ordering was fine, but things went downhill quick. When I tried to get help from customer service about a problem with my order, they were totally dismissive and didn't seem to care at all about making me happy. The prices were way too high for what I got. Finally, when my order showed up, I was just glad it was all over.

    PayPal refund issues

    Eileen Fisher seriously can't figure out how to do PayPal refunds correctly, and it's frustrating as heck. Instead of giving back money to the credit card like they should, they keep doing echeck refunds. It's been a whole year of dealing with this nonsense and they still haven't fixed it. My advice: steer clear of using PayPal with Eileen Fisher if you think you might need a refund!

    Soft organic cotton tops and pants

    I'm really into the idea of sustainable clothing, but man, this brand has some big issues. Some of their clothes are so comfy and nice, but then others are just straight up bad quality. It's like a gamble every time I order from them. And let's not even get started on the sizing - I can never figure out what size to get because it's all over the place. And trying to talk to customer service is such a pain, it's always a struggle to get through to a real person.

    Their website is a disaster too, it's like they don't even care. I've tried pointing out the problems, but it's like they're not listening. And don't even get me started on their sales - it's like a mission trying to find something in my budget. It really shouldn't be this complicated!

    Overall, I'd say this brand is hit or miss. Sometimes you luck out with a great piece, but other times you're stuck with a poorly made disappointment.

    Overpriced, average quality clothing

    Hey there, everyone. So, if you're cool with tossing your cash into a black hole and getting some meh clothes in the mail, this is totally your spot. The prices are sky-high for stuff that’s just okay. And don’t even get me started on how awful their customer service is – it's seriously lacking. I tried to return something using their label and it's been a total nightmare. The package hasn't budged in forever and my emails have gotten zero love. I know if I call, I’ll be on hold forever, so I'm taking control and hitting up my bank for a chargeback. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else.

    Recent return experience

    I had a pretty frustrating time dealing with customer service while trying to return something. No one was picking up the phones, the email responses I got were all automated, and the chat feature was seriously lacking. It's been over a month now, and my return still hasn't been sorted out. I gave them a tracking number, but they said they couldn't find any info about it, even though I had just checked and it was there. This problem seems to have been going on since 2018. They gave me a "smart label" for the return, but when I talked to USPS, turns out that's just a normal thing companies do for returns. My return package is just hanging out at USPS because the company hasn't come to pick it up. They've said they're short-staffed and can't give me any updates, but they're still handling orders. I have no idea when or if I'll ever get my money back. Other customers have complained about similar delays even before the whole pandemic mess, which makes me wonder how efficient they really are.

    Excessive return fees

    I had a really bad experience trying to return something to this company. I was super surprised by the crazy high shipping costs and restocking fee they slapped me with. It was totally out of the blue and made me feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I wouldn't suggest buying from here if you're worried about getting hit with extra charges for returns.

    Expensive UK Returns

    I would suggest avoiding ordering from the UK if you're unsure. Returning items will seriously burn a hole in your wallet with a hefty £40+ cut from your refund. And to top it off, the customer service wasn't all that great either. It's too bad because I really do like their clothes, but after dealing with all this, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
