Amazing resin printer upgrade
I recently got a really cool resin printer upgrade and it's been amazing! I used to think my FDM printer was the top of the line, but after trying out this new one, I was blown away. My first print was a bit messy, but that was totally on me. The level of detail on this printer is crazy, much better than my old one and for the same price! It's really user-friendly and even comes with some tools. Just remember to pick up some resin, rubber gloves, and alcohol for cleaning because it doesn't come with those.
Best resin printers
Oh man, let me tell you about this resin printer I scored - it's legit the best one I've ever had! I run this manufacturing business, and we used to be all about those expensive fancy machines. But once I got my hands on this one, it changed the game. Now I've got 10 of them up and running flawlessly. They were a steal price-wise and they work like a dream, no kidding.
Replacement part and clear instructions received
I just wanted to share my recent experience with this company. I had a problem with something I bought, but their customer service team was awesome. They quickly sent me a replacement part and gave me clear instructions on how to put it in. I'm super happy with how they handled everything and definitely think others should check them out too.
Saturn unit purchase
The Saturn unit we got totally knocked it out of the park. It took us a few tries to figure it out, but once we actually read the resin bottle instructions, it was smooth sailing and we got some flawless prints. The setup was a breeze too, thanks to how well-built and user-friendly the unit is. Overall, it made the whole process a blast.
Two Mars 3 Pro printers
Recently, I bought two Mars 3 Pro printers from your company. Gotta be honest, they've really let me down in terms of quality and reliability. I contacted you guys to voice my concerns and ask for a refund since the printers did not live up to what I was expecting. But I was told that I needed to troubleshoot the machines myself and even measure voltages, which just doesn't seem right according to UK consumer laws.
Broken packaging and delayed stock
I just bought something online and it arrived all crushed up in a soggy box! Like, seriously, what is up with this company?! And let me tell you about their stock, they keep saying stuff is in stock but then it's not. What's the deal with that? So not cool, dude.
Jupiter resin printer
I bought a Jupiter resin printer from you all not long ago, and man, I've been dealing with some serious problems with it. I called customer service to see if there's a program where I can trade it in and pay extra for a different printer because of all the issues I keep having. I've tried everything they suggested – changing the FEP, adjusting settings, replacing the UV light and motor, you name it. But my prints still keep getting stuck to the FEP for no dang reason. I told them I'd be willing to pay more for a different one, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
