    Urgent medication on request

    Entirelypets pharmacy is single most pet dedicated pharmacy I have seen so far. Their priorities are pretty much straight and that surely goes with the concerns of all pet owners including me.
    I have three dogs, they are my life. I can't live without them and anything happens to them, it such life out of me.
    Entirelypets got all the medication for common pet problems ranging to all kind of issues. I usually get flea and tick, or pain or some digestion issue on my dogs. I order the medicine from here and it got to me very next day. Their delivery is very quick and depends upon the urgency you need it.
    Also, they sell all kind of dog foods of different brands. I earlier use to only order medicine from here but for last few months, i have started ordering the pet food here as well. There has been lot of times when the vet asked for a medicine here and I didn't find around. But luckly entirelypets always bring me that. It's a great relief I had them on the bookmark.

    Bravecto pet meds

    I found this pharmacy while looking for discounted pet meds, and I'm so glad I did. Prices for pet meds are really going up these days, so finding a place where I could save some cash was a big relief. I bought some Bravecto for my dogs and saved a whopping $70 on just 4 chews - that's a good chunk of change I can now spend on other things my pets need. Even though I saw some negative reviews about lack of communication, my experience was the opposite. The pharmacy went out of their way to contact my vet multiple times for prescription authorization, even when my vet's office was the one causing delays. The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. They only charged me once they actually shipped my order, showing they care about customer satisfaction. I definitely suggest giving them a shot if you want to save some money on your pet's meds.

    Pet medicine

    I got some medicine for my cat from this place and let me tell you, it was a wild ride! So, when I called customer service, they totally dropped the ball and gave me the wrong info. Can you believe that? But hey, on my second call, guess who picked up? Shaun, the pharmacy customer service manager! He was like a superhero coming to my rescue. Shaun was so friendly and took the time to help me out, unlike the first person I talked to. He knew everything I needed to know and even assisted me when I called again. Shaun is the real MVP, no doubt about it. What an awesome experience. Big thanks to Shaun, you're amazing!

    Oh my gosh, you guys! I was on the phone trying to find some arthritis medicine for my cat, and this amazing person named Sheetal Nath totally came through for me! She was so helpful and really knew her stuff. I think she deserves a raise or at least some extra treats for sure! She was just so nice and friendly, it seriously brightened my day.     Back order, charged, outdated website, snail mail prescriptions, unreliable shipping

    My experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy has been really disappointing. I placed an order, got charged, and then found out that the items were on back order for at least 2 weeks. I don't think it's right to charge customers for items that are out of stock, and it's definitely concerning that I was able to order them in the first place. Their website looks like it's stuck in the 1980s, and it's a hassle to have to send prescriptions by mail and ask vets to use fax machines in this day and age. I can't believe a company in 2023 still relies on such outdated methods.

    To make matters worse, I placed two more orders at the same time and got a notification from the shipping company that a label was made, but the package wasn't received. It's been 2 days since then, and I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get anything, especially since I paid over $400. This whole situation has left me frustrated and unsure about their service. I won't be ordering from them again, and I'm surprised they're still in business.

    Prescription item for my cat

    Okay, so get this: I ordered this medication for my cat a while back. I put in the order in November, but it didn't actually ship until December. And then, it somehow got lost? I have no clue, it was a disaster. They said they would send it out again in 2 days, but it still hadn't arrived by January. I'm really starting to wonder if this place is a scam or just really terrible at what they do. The customer service was pretty much useless too. So, word to the wise, be careful if you decide to buy from them!

    I ordered some meds back on May 20th, expecting them to arrive in about two to three days. But a whole week went by and still no package! I finally called customer service, only to find out that the stuff I ordered was actually out of stock. So I asked them to cancel my order and give me back my money. But it's been another week now and still no credit in sight. The lack of updates and slow processing of my order has really let me down.

    I can't believe how incompetent and terrible this pharmacy is at communicating. I placed my order two months ago and still haven't received anything. Every time I call them, they just give me excuses about delayed mail and promise to reship my order, but it never happens. I was totally kept in the dark with no updates, so I had to take matters into my own hands and report them to my bank. It's just not acceptable.

    I recently had to deal with EntirelyPets Pharmacy for a prescription refill, and man, it was a complete nightmare. Can you believe they couldn't even get a basic prescription right? I'd rather skip out on my pet's meds than deal with them again. It's like they're trying their best to be the worst pharmacy for pets.

    XL E-Collar

    I'm really bummed out about how my XL E-Collar was shipped. It got here all folded up, rolled, and wrapped super tight in plastic and tape. The packaging was so careless that the collar ended up all misshapen and creased right down the middle. When I tried to unroll it, the collar was all bent out of shape, making it impossible to put on my dog properly. The lack of care in packaging totally ruined the collar for me. I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing turned out.

    Recent pet medication purchase

    I recently bought some pet meds from EntirelyPets Pharmacy, but man, did I run into some serious problems with them. My order got delayed because they said my vet never responded to their prescription request, but my vet was like "uh, I never got anything from them." It really bothered me how they didn't take responsibility for the mix-up. And don't even get me started on trying to talk to a real person at their customer service - it was like mission impossible. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend relying on EntirelyPets Pharmacy for your fur babies after all the headaches I went through with them.

    Puppy's medicine

    I picked up my puppy's meds from this place, but I wasn't too thrilled with how they were promoting it. It felt kinda shady, like they were trying to pull a fast one on us and get us to buy something we didn't really need. I think I'll be looking for a different spot to get my pup's medicine from now on.

    Dog medication purchase

    My experience at EntirelyPets Pharmacy was pretty disappointing. The customer service was not very helpful and kind of rude, instead of really listening to me they just made excuses. They didn't do a good job keeping me in the loop about any issues or changes with my order, which led to some pricing mix-ups and just left me feeling unsatisfied overall. They really need to step up their game if they want to keep people coming back.
