Its really amazing
Estee is my favorite, i got the site few years back and it was recommended by my friend. She is using it for more than six years and i love how she looks, her skin is much better and i asked her about the reason. So estee is my favorite now. i got good skin acre products and they all are amazing , i recommend people to try epsceally to those who have different skin , it goes perfect with different skin tone and i have really sensitive one, so i think if it suited me , i prefer to have this . i can assure the quality is good too and i highly recommend this
Unexpected free gift
I got this totally surprise free gift from the company, and it really made my day. I thought I was supposed to get a gift with my purchase, but turns out it was only for full price stuff. Even though I got it wrong, the customer service rep was super nice and still sent me an awesome gift. I was blown away by all the cool stuff in it and how great the service was. It's pretty rare to see a company so generous and professional these days, so big props to them for going above and beyond for their customers.
Double Wear Foundation purchase
I was super pumped to buy the Double Wear Foundation from your brand 'cause I've heard such awesome things about it. But man, my excitement kind of fizzled when I saw how confusing and limiting your loyalty program is. I get it, you gotta read the fine print, but the way you set up that birthday gift offer is really deceiving and annoying.
Foundation for mature skin
I just bought this foundation designed for more mature skin, and let me tell you, I am beyond impressed with how it turned out. It has just the right amount of coverage for everyday wear, leaving my skin looking flawless and glowing. The quality is totally worth the cost, and I feel so classy and self-assured whenever I put it on.
Makeup and skincare products
I bought some makeup and skincare stuff at this store, but they forgot to give me one of the items I paid for! I called customer service and they said they would give me my money back, but I still haven't gotten it. I keep calling them but they keep giving me different answers. It's been forever and I still haven't got my refund!
Perfume gift set
My experience with that perfume gift set from this company was so disappointing. The items were all messed up when they arrived, and I couldn't get any help from the customer service. The website was a total mess, couldn't figure out how to get any assistance or even send a message. This just isn't right, they used to have great products and service, but now it's all gone downhill. And the prices are way too high for such lousy quality and service. I really wanted to give that perfume gift set as a nice gift, but the messed-up box and impossible-to-open bottle ruined that plan. It's frustrating to get such low-quality stuff from a brand that used to be top-notch.
Double Wear gel eye pencils
I was super pumped when I got those Double Wear gel eye pencils as a present, but man was I let down when I found out they couldn't be sharpened. Even with the special sharpener they suggest, the gel just falls apart every time I try to sharpen them. I've wasted so much time trying to figure this out and still no luck.
Online order payment issue
I recently bought something online with my debit card, but the order didn't go through even though they took my money. I've been trying for six weeks to get my refund through calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails, but no luck. It took a bunch of talks with different customer service people, lots of calls, and tons of emails to different departments to finally try to fix it. But I still haven't gotten my money back because they say it's stuck in their payment system. To top it off, customer service first tried to blame my bank instead of figuring out the real issue. The lack of responsibility and slow response time has been super disappointing.
Double wear foundation
Oh my gosh, this foundation is seriously the worst! It's way too cakey and just enhances all my wrinkles. It's totally terrible. I'm so upset that I spent money on it. Maybe it's okay for hiding pimples or something, but for the price, absolutely not.
Foundation purchase
I bought some foundation from this company not too long ago, looking forward to getting it quickly and trying it out. Unfortunately, I've been let down by how long it's taking to get here. Even though I placed my order on November 27th, I still haven't gotten it yet. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that they sent out a new shipment on December 11th, but I still haven't seen any progress on my order. This whole situation has been pretty frustrating and disappointing for me, especially since I've never had to deal with such a long delay in delivery before.
Xmas gift set purchase
I ordered a gift set for Christmas, hoping to get it by the 25th, but it's not gonna be here until the 27th! Bummer. And all those emails I got were like, "Your order is on track!" and then out of nowhere they hit me with "My bad, we can't do part of your order." Kind of frustrating dealing with a big company, you know what I mean?
Mascara purchase
I bought this mascara for my mom, and when she tried it, she said it was watery and didn't stay on. So, we reached out to customer service. At first, we spoke with the American team who were really nice and agreed to replace it. But then we found out we were talking to the wrong people, so we switched to the UK team. They told us that we had to send it back at our own expense. Can you believe that? We've been loyal customers of this brand for years, and now they're treating us like this? Not cool, man.
Online shopping disaster
My online shopping experience was a complete disaster. It's so frustrating that a big name brand like this can have such messed up management. The customer service was terrible, the website chat hardly even functioned, and the few times I did get a response from the operators, they couldn't fix the problem. I'd rather just go to a store in person than deal with this mess again. I definitely won't be buying from them anymore, and I'm actually in the middle of filing a complaint.
Click and collect order
The company's service for my click and collect order was super disappointing. I waited days with no updates on when I could pick it up, only to find out it was cancelled or sent back with no real explanation. When I talked to customer service for more info, all I got was the same UPS tracking details, which was really frustrating. Then, when I tried to reorder after they sent me a link, I saw it was out of stock, adding to my confusion. Basically, the whole thing was a letdown and made me wonder if they're really reliable.
Ordered makeup, not delivered
I ordered some makeup online, but it never showed up at my house! I reached out to the company, and they pretty much said it's out of their hands once the shipping company has it. They suggested I check with my neighbors or the carrier. Now I have to find a new makeup brand because I don't want to support a company that won't own up to their products not being delivered. This will be my final time ordering makeup online, that's for sure.
Turbo lash
After I used this product for just 2 days, my eyes got all red and irritated. I don't usually have allergies so it was pretty worrying. The warning to stop using it and see a doctor was in really tiny gray font on a black background. It was honestly a really bad product.
