Meh bag purchase
I got a bag from this place, and after a year it started bubbling! How crazy is that? The fabric is clearly messed up! The folks at the store were friendly and all, but when I called the 800 number, they were no help. Basically told me too bad, which is not cool at all. It's not my fault the bag is messed up! If I had bought it from a different fancy store, they would've fixed it or gave me store credit. But nope, not this place. I'm really not pleased about it.
Swimwear purchase
I bought a swimsuit from the store recently and boy, was I disappointed! The product I got was super low quality. When I got the package, I could tell right away that it wasn't brand new - no tags and fabric was torn in a couple of spots. I was really bummed out because I was expecting a new swimsuit. When I called customer service to complain, they didn't want to give me a refund at first, just store credit. I had to keep pushing until they finally agreed to give me my money back. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.
Frustrating online ordering experience
The online ordering process was so frustrating! I tried to place a big order several times, but kept getting all these error messages at checkout. I tried calling the 800 number for help and also sent emails to customer service, but didn't hear back from anyone. That just made me even more annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing.
Swimwear purchased
I bought this swimsuit recently and it totally fell apart after I wore it once. When I reached out to customer service about it, I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. They basically said it was my fault for being too rough with it, even though I only wore it once. Their customer service is terrible and it shows how the whole company isn't great. I would advise people not to buy from them since they won't back up their products.
