Flashlight purchase
In the past, I've had some problems with this company's customer service and slow shipping. But I gotta admit, things are looking up. I had a faulty item lately and their customer service really stepped up to help me get a replacement. The shipping is also way faster now, which is a major improvement. The website still has a few bugs, but it gets the job done. If you're having trouble reaching them by email, I suggest giving their live chat a try. Overall, I think it's worth giving them another shot.

Meh bag purchase
I got a bag from this place, and after a year it started bubbling! How crazy is that? The fabric is clearly messed up! The folks at the store were friendly and all, but when I called the 800 number, they were no help. Basically told me too bad, which is not cool at all. It's not my fault the bag is messed up! If I had bought it from a different fancy store, they would've fixed it or gave me store credit. But nope, not this place. I'm really not pleased about it.

Lens (Sony 90mm 2.8/f)
The lens I got from here was packaged super securely, not even a mastodon could crush it. It looked brand new and worked perfectly. Thanks KEH for being so awesome!

Carlota boots purchase
I bought a pair of boots from this store not long ago and I'm really bummed out about the quality. The website said the boots were real leather and the right size, but they ended up being made of some flimsy material and too tight. It feels like they were trying to trick us on purpose, and that's just not cool. I'm super mad about this and definitely won't be shopping here anymore.
