Skincare products
I've been a loyal customer of Farmacy for a while now, and I've always been super happy with how awesome their skincare products are. But recently I ran into a problem with their shipping rules. I've bought from European stores before with no problem, but now I can't order directly from them because of some shipping restriction to my country, which is in the EU. It's kinda confusing and disappointing that some EU countries can get Farmacy products and others can't, and I haven't gotten a good explanation for that. Even with this hiccup, I still love Farmacy's products and I'm crossing my fingers for a fix to this shipping situation soon.
Light moisturizers and night serums
I recently bought some stuff from Farmacy Beauty and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The moisturizers and serums I got are just fantastic. They make my skin feel all hydrated and fresh without that gross oily feeling. The quality of these products is seriously top-notch, and my skin looks and feels way better after using them just a few times. Plus, I love that they have a cool rewards and points system so shopping with them is even better. Oh, and the delivery was crazy fast - I got my order in like, no time at all. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Farmacy Beauty and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Facial cleanser and moisturizer
I recently got some Farmacy Beauty products - a facial cleanser and moisturizer - and let me tell you, they were top-notch! After using them, my skin felt so fresh and moisturized. Plus, the ingredients were all natural and gentle, which was a major plus for my sensitive skin.
But here's the thing - the customer service was not great. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through email, but never got a quick response or a clear answer to my questions. I got this blueberry face mask and it totally ruined my skin, I mean seriously?! I was so annoyed and tried to return it but they wouldn't even give me a refund, like seriously what kind of customer service is that?! I sent them a bunch of emails but they totally ignored me. Then I messaged them on Instagram and they acted like they would help, but after I gave them my order number, they just disappeared. Such a waste of money and time, ugh.
Damaged products
I was actually pretty bummed about my last purchase because the stuff came all messed up. When I called customer service for help, they said they needed a pic of the damaged items. Problem was, I already threw them out and couldn't take one. I was kinda expecting them to offer a refund or send replacements, but nope, they didn't give me any options.
