Light cushion no show tab socks
I just bought these really awesome light cushion no show tab socks and let me tell you, they are fantastic! But, I did run into a little problem with them. So, I reached out to customer service for some help. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I got! Amalie got back to me super fast and once I sent her some pics of the issue, she quickly ordered me a new pair. The new socks showed up just a few days later and completely fixed the issue. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they took care of me. I'll definitely be buying more of these socks in the future!
Socks purchase
I just wanted to share that I had a little problem with a couple of pairs of socks I bought. But, the customer service team was totally on it and sorted everything out super quick. The socks I got were the Max cushion and Light cushion 'No Show Tab' socks, and they feel amazing. They give me the support I need for my workouts. I haven't gone for a run in them yet, but I'm sure they'll be great. Overall, I'm really happy with the socks and the awesome customer service I got.
Christmas gift socks
I got these really comfy socks for Christmas, and they fit like a dream. I've tried a bunch of different brands, but these ones were probably the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of wearing them, I noticed they were getting holes by my big toe. When I reached out to the company, they basically told me it was my fault - either my socks were the wrong size or my toenails were too sharp. I've never changed shoe sizes and I always keep my toenails nice, so I was really disappointed that the socks fell apart so quickly and that the customer service wasn't more helpful.
Socks order
I just ordered two pairs of socks, but the package came ripped and empty, only had the invoice inside. I'm really bummed about how the delivery turned out, so I contacted customer service right away. I sent three emails already, but still haven't heard back, which is super annoying. I'm thinking about reaching out to PayPal resolutions to sort this out. The lack of communication and how they handled it has left me with a bad feeling, and I'm not sure about buying from them again.
Quality socks with deceptive warranty policy
The socks are actually pretty decent, but man, their warranty policy is a real letdown. I had a pair crap out on me recently, so I figured I'd cash in on that "lifetime warranty" they've been bragging about. Turns out, though, they've changed the rules and now you gotta fork over the cash for return shipping. And get this- it costs almost as much as the darn socks themselves! Their sneaky move feels like a total scam, and it's a bummer to see them resort to such shady tactics. It definitely gives me pause about buying from them again, since it makes you wonder about their financial situation.
Quality socks, warranty issues
My experience with the socks was pretty good. Most of the socks I bought were really nice, super comfy, and kept my feet from getting blisters. But I did notice that the color started to fade after about 4 washes, which was kind of a bummer. Also, some styles and colors of socks were made from a different material than I thought, and they didn't say that when I bought them.
Socks purchase
I bought some socks online not too long ago, but they ended up sending me the wrong ones. I tried reaching out to customer service, but didn't hear back. Finally found a number on the receipt and talked to a guy named Andrew who helped fix the mistake, even though it took a while and one pair was still missing. The socks themselves were decent quality, but the customer service let me down. All in all, not the best experience.

First order of two pairs just for me I paid shipping charges too as doesn't meet with minimum purchase criteria I can say this is class of socks lovely colors and cushioned for comfort Normally nylon and spandex mix threading I have used bit this product is different then all previous socks
So finally fix for sock purchase ,only from this seller Quite affordable All terms and conditions are in favor of customers what else I can expect from a company how small or big doesn't matter.
