Lace Bodysuit and Fishnet Stockings

I bought a lace bodysuit and fishnet stockings from this company recently, and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. The website was easy to use and had a lot of products to choose from, which was great. But when I got my order, I noticed that the lace bodysuit had loose threads and the fishnet stockings were a bit torn in the packaging. Also, the sizing wasn't quite right, and the items didn't fit like I thought they would. On the bright side, the customer service was really helpful when I contacted them about the issues with my order. They gave me a partial refund for the damaged items, which I was happy about. Overall, I think they could do better with quality control and sizing accuracy.

Lingerie

Ordered. Paid for quicker shipping. A couple of days later got an e-mail apologizing for delay in shipping saying it will be just a couple of more days. Three weeks later (from ordering), nothing has shipped, much less arrived. It is not even a joke, it is scam.

Panties

Product was processed slowly. The shipping even worse. Was told i would receive a %15 discount for the poor service and was charged full price. I would not purchase from them again. They are a 3rd party reseller with no onhand inventory. Basically a scam as i see it.

Procuct cheap, fit poorly and too expensive. When I emailed them to make an exchange 8 different times no one ever responded. The online system isn’t designed for exchanges and policy is no returns.
