First time order
My experience with this company was amazing. Despite hearing some negative reviews, I decided to take my chances and I'm so happy I did. The whole ordering process was easy and straightforward, and I really appreciated the updates about any possible delays. I had a special request to rush my order, and the customer service team not only helped me out but also threw in some extra goodies to make up for any inconvenience. I was really impressed by how quickly they responded and their willingness to make sure everything was right. Casey from customer support was fantastic to work with; she was so nice, pleasant, and super helpful. My items arrived just in time for my upcoming trip, and the quality was even better than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Metal straw with cotton stick, unpleasant smell, causes headache
I bought this metal straw with a cotton stick from Fum not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total waste of money. Even with the discount, it cost way too much and had this awful smell that reminded me of toilet cleaner, no matter what flavor I tried. On top of that, using the darn thing gave me a headache that ruined my whole drink experience.
Various flavors of aids to quit vaping
I was feeling pretty optimistic when I ordered those products that were supposed to help me quit vaping, but man, was I let down. They got here super fast, which was cool, but the prices were crazy high for what I got. I tried out five different flavors, but none of them did anything to stop my cravings. In fact, some of them were so gross that I had this nasty taste in my mouth afterward. The mint one was so strong that it gave me a headache in no time. I really needed something to help me quit vaping, but those products just weren't it.
device with top-heavy design and no lid
I just bought this thing from here and overall it's fine, but I gotta say, the design is a bit of a letdown. It's way too top-heavy, so it won't stay upright on its own because it keeps toppling over. And there's no cap for the mouthpiece, so it's always just laying there on any surface. It'd be way better if there was some sort of lid to keep the mouthpiece protected.
E-cigarette replacement cores
I thought the replacement cores were way too expensive compared to other options out there. Plus, the flavor wasn't great - it tasted pretty bad. And they didn't even last that long, I had to replace them every three days at most. I've realized I can get a whole bottle of vape juice for cheaper that lasts way longer. I originally got the cores to help me quit vaping, but now I'm not sure what to do next.
A cool hoodie
So I was super excited about getting this awesome hoodie, but it totally disappointed me! I bought it ages ago, and now they're saying it's out of stock. I tried to get a refund, but they haven't even bothered to respond! It feels like they just took my money and ran. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'm really upset right now, and I'm thinking about getting the authorities involved. People shouldn't be able to get away with messing around with people's money like this!
Vaping alternative
The product really did help me quit vaping, which was great. But man, it's a bummer that they're always out of cartridges and other important stuff. It's annoying to make the effort to switch and then not have what you need to keep going. And on top of that, they try to charge you for insurance when you're already covered by Royal Mail - feels like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of you. When my delivery got messed up by Evri, that was it for me - not being able to get help when you need it just makes everything worse. I'm gonna have to talk to my credit card company about those charges because of the lack of support and all the trouble the unreliable service caused. It's a nice idea, but I think it might be worth looking into other companies that actually do right by their customers.
Air freshener purchase
The air freshener I bought from that store was such a disappointment. I thought it would last a long time and make the room smell amazing, but it barely lasted a day. It felt like I was just spraying money away every few hours. Definitely not worth it.
Journey pack with missing items
I saw some ads on YouTube for this $100 journey pack and thought it looked pretty good. But when I ordered it, I only received 3 out of the 8 items. I tried reaching out to customer support, but haven't heard back from them. I'm pretty disappointed, this company is not good.
Overpriced and ineffective product
I bought something from this company because a bunch of influencers were talking about it. But man, it was way too pricey and didn't even work. Plus, it tasted so bad! I tried using discount codes to make it better, but it was still a total waste of my cash. The taste was all chemical and it definitely did not live up to the hype.
Out-of-stock item purchase
My time at the store was pretty disappointing. I ordered something that ended up being out of stock, and I didn't hear anything about it until I contacted them three weeks later. It's been three months now and I still haven't received my order. Their Service Team hasn't been helpful at all, not a single peep from them.
Online purchase delayed
I don't know what's up with this company, but it seriously feels like a total scam. Almost a month ago, I made an online purchase and I still haven't gotten my order. Every time I contact customer service, they just keep saying they're behind on their orders. It's getting to the point where I feel like I'll never actually get what I paid for. This whole thing is super frustrating and honestly a huge letdown. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop here unless they wanna get ripped off.
