Coding kit
I recently got this awesome coding kit, and it's been a blast creating things with it. However, the customer service is seriously lacking. I requested an address change, and they claimed they made the change, but I'm still receiving packages at my old address and not getting any response to my emails. It's frustrating, feels like I'm talking to a wall! The product is great, but if they keep ignoring me, I might have to ask my mom to dispute the charge on her credit card.

Diamanté sandals
I bought a pair of Diamanté sandals from Shoe Zone recently, but I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The little sparkly gems on the sandals were poorly glued on, which made them seem poorly made. Usually, Shoe Zone is known for good quality stuff, but this purchase didn't live up to that. On the bright side, I have to give them credit for their customer service. When I talked to them about the problem, they ended up giving me a £5 refund on what I paid for the sandals, which was a nice gesture from them.

As someone who's traveled a lot, I gotta say, this hostel is awesome. The vibe here is so friendly and tight-knit, partly because they always have fun activities going on thanks to the staff and volunteers. The bar has amazing deals, perfect for chilling and hanging out after a day of exploring. The beds are comfy and clean, guaranteeing a good night's rest, and there are plenty of bathrooms and showers so you don't have to wait in line. There are so many cool hangout spots, like a bar, different seating areas, hammocks, a beanbag cinema, ping pong, and a pool table, so you'll never be bored. The location is beautiful, and having cute dogs around just adds to the charm. Also, the dive shop here is hands down the best on the island, with options for divers of all levels.
