Missing item in order
I recently had a problem with my order from this one store - turns out it was missing an item. Can you believe it? I'm always buying stuff from them, and this time they said I wouldn't get a refund or the missing item. That doesn't seem right to me. I think it's pretty unfair that a missing item can't be fixed for a loyal customer like me. Honestly, this whole thing has left me feeling let down and really annoyed.
Hoodie track suit
I bought a hoodie track suit from this store not long ago, thinking I'd get a comfy and long-lasting outfit for chilling at home. But, man, after only three washes, the fabric started pilling and looking super worn out. Bummed me out since I always thought this brand had top-notch stuff. Seems like their quality has gone downhill, which is a real bummer.
Poor quality clothes, slow refund process
I just had to share with you how awful my shopping trip was recently. The clothes I got were seriously terrible quality, like something you'd find at a flea market. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even exchange them and the return process was a total nightmare. I mailed everything back on December 14th and as of today, I still haven't seen a refund. They claim the package got lost and now I have to deal with filing a complaint. It's been a complete mess, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone shop there.
Cute clothes
I went to this store and it was not great. I had to wait forever to buy my cute clothes. When I finally got to the cashier, I asked for a free bag since I spent a lot of money, but the manager said no. Seriously, the bag only costs 5 cents! And they were all busy putting away clothes instead of helping me. Not cool at all. I am definitely sticking to online shopping from now on.
Wardrobe basics
I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I really love their selection of classic wardrobe staples like jeans and t-shirts. The prices are fair and I like that they have different styles to choose from. However, I've had some frustrating moments with their sizes being all over the place and some quality issues. It's a bummer to buy the same thing and have it fit differently every time. Some stuff hasn't held up well either, pilling or feeling cheap. But when I do find things that fit great and last, I'm happy. It's just a toss-up whether Gap stuff will hold up in my closet. Overall, I'd give them an average rating, 3 stars for decent basics that could be better with more consistency and quality.
