Turns out, I was pretty let down by the quality of these new pants. They're way thinner than my old ones and don't seem like they'll hold up at all.     Unreceived order, ignored refund requests

    I bought something back in early February and I still haven't gotten it. I've asked for a refund a bunch of times, but the company hasn't gotten back to me at all. It's been over two months now, and it seems like they never even sent the stuff because I never got any tracking info. Every time I email them, all I get back are those automated responses saying they're looking into it. It's really annoying to deal with a company that just takes your money and doesn't give you what you paid for.

    Online order for Christmas gift

    I ordered a gift online back in November with the intention of getting it by Christmas. Unfortunately, DHL messed up and delivered it three weeks earlier. On Christmas Eve, I discovered that the package was considered lost. I tried contacting customer service to ask for a replacement before the big day, but Gerry Weber wasn't willing to help. It's been a while since then and I still haven't heard anything about a refund.

    Trousers order, wrong items received

    My time with this company was so frustrating. I ordered pants but got sent skirts and blouses in the wrong sizes. Trying to return them was a total nightmare, it took forever and was so complicated. And on top of all that, I never even got the right order I wanted in the first place. Dealing with this company was just a huge waste of time and energy, and their customer service couldn't care less about my problems.

    The customer service at this company could use some work. I got my order and liked it, but the delivery part was a letdown.     Quick online purchase

    I just made a quick online purchase and chose express delivery to get my item fast. But it's been a whole week and the item hasn't even been sent out yet. I tried to reach out to customer service for help, but all I got was a useless robot. I asked for a refund because the express delivery I paid extra for isn't happening, but my request was totally ignored. This company seems sketchy to me, and now I'm thinking about filing a dispute with my payment provider since I still don't have my stuff. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company.
