    I have been a customer of Giant for a few years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. I mostly interact with them through their online platform and mobile app, which are both incredibly user-friendly and make shopping for groceries a breeze.

    The product selection is vast, and I've never had trouble finding what I need. I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of organic and natural products, which is important to me when it comes to the food I buy for my family. I particularly love their in-app deals and discounts, which help me save money on my groceries.

    Giant's delivery service is fantastic, too. I can schedule my deliveries for a time that is convenient for me, and their drivers always arrive on time and are professional and courteous. I have never had any issues with damaged or missing items, and I appreciate that I can track my delivery in real-time through the app.

    Finally, I have to mention the customer service. Whenever I have had a question or concern, I have always received prompt and helpful assistance from Giant's customer service team.

    Large order checkout experience

    My recent experience checking out a big order at Giant Food Store with their self-checkout was super frustrating. The system kept saying the bagging area was full and every time I tried to fix it, I got a message that "help is on the way." The employee had to come over several times to fix it but wasn't very helpful and seemed irritated. When I tried to put the rest of my items on the belt, I got the same problem and the system said "help is on the way" again. The whole thing took forever, stressed me out, and made me just leave my purchase and walk out of the store. I used to shop there all the time, spending over $100 a week, but after this, I don't feel like going back.

    The self checkout at this store has a big problem where it charges your card twice once you're already out the door. I ran into this issue myself and had to reach out to customer service to straighten things out. It's pretty worrying that this could happen without us even noticing. So, just a heads up, keep an eye on your bank statements if you decide to go through the self checkout here.
