Delivery delay, lack of acknowledgment of customer complaint, questionable customer service.
My experience with the product was kind of a bummer because it took forever to get to me and the company didn't even seem to care when I complained. They blamed the delay on a holiday, but I wasn't buying it - it seemed like a weak excuse. On top of that, I had to pay extra for delivery even with the delay. What really got me was that they didn't even admit there was a problem when they responded to me. It made me wonder if they really care about keeping their customers happy or being honest. Good customer service should be about owning up to mistakes, saying sorry, and making sure things are better in the future. Overall, I was let down by how they handled things and think they could definitely step up their customer service game.

Large order checkout experience
My recent experience checking out a big order at Giant Food Store with their self-checkout was super frustrating. The system kept saying the bagging area was full and every time I tried to fix it, I got a message that "help is on the way." The employee had to come over several times to fix it but wasn't very helpful and seemed irritated. When I tried to put the rest of my items on the belt, I got the same problem and the system said "help is on the way" again. The whole thing took forever, stressed me out, and made me just leave my purchase and walk out of the store. I used to shop there all the time, spending over $100 a week, but after this, I don't feel like going back.

Service appointment with mechanic
I just had my car serviced by a mechanic from YourMechanic and I gotta say, they were top-notch! Ivan, the mechanic, was super friendly, knew his stuff, and patiently answered all my questions. He got the job done quickly and even gave me some tips on what maintenance my car might need in the future. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll for sure be telling my friends to check out YourMechanic based on the awesome service I got.

Offline viewing restrictions
I gotta say, after using Vudu for almost ten years, I was so bummed out to find out they took away the option to watch movies offline without giving us a heads up. I had a ton of movies downloaded, like 75 gigs worth, for when I travel, and now I can't even access them. The lack of communication about this change really messed with my whole vibe using the platform. And don't even get me started on the new rules for watching UHD content on a PC - they're just plain ridiculous. It's annoying to see more and more restrictions being added, making it super hard to enjoy the platform if you like to have options when you watch stuff.

Disappointed with slow delivery
I just bought something from this company and man, I was so bummed out by how slow it took to get to me. I actually shelled out extra cash for that expedited shipping, but it still took way longer than I thought. I live pretty close to where they ship from, so I was expecting that package to show up at my door real quick. But nope, that definitely didn't happen.

Birthday shoutouts for son
I don't understand all the bad reviews about this service. I actually used it for my son's birthday and it went super smoothly. They have a lot of cool famous people and influencers to pick from, and getting a shoutout just for him really made his day. Yeah, it can be a little expensive, and not everyone is always free, but in general, it's a fun and special thing to do for birthdays or other big events.

Tutoring services received
I used this other prep school for tutoring before, but I wanted to switch it up. So I tried out a different one and boy was I impressed. The tutor they hooked me up with, let's call her Jane, knew her stuff and was super committed to helping me out. Jane broke down tricky concepts in a way that just made sense to me, and I could see a big difference in how well I understood the material. Because of Jane, I did better on my tests and hit the goals I set for myself. I can't say enough good things about this tutoring service - top-notch quality all around.
