The models are really great, I love collecting them all. But the customer service wasn't so good. They used to have something called "Rounds" for credits, which I saved up to buy a new model. But one day, without any warning, all my credits disappeared when they got rid of the system. I talked to customer service about it, but all they gave me was a $5 gift card after a week of back-and-forth. It didn't really make up for all the credits I lost. I felt let down by how they handled the situation and now I'm not really feeling like I want to buy from them again.
I have ordered 3 of these "MINI" guns
I just got these really awesome mini guns that look incredibly realistic! They have cool features like the bolt carrier group sliding back, the safety working, and the magazines coming out with tiny ammo shells. They're so much fun to play with and I love displaying them on my desk, at work, and even in my kitchen! The shipping was really quick and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend GoatGuns to everyone looking for some fun and enjoyment. They have a wide variety of realistic mini weapons to choose from, it's really cool!
Miniature M1 Garrand model
I got this Miniature M1 Garrand model as a Christmas gift from my wife, and let me tell you, it's pretty awesome. Being a Coast Guard Veteran, the M1 Garrand brings back memories of my boot camp days. The attention to detail on this mini version is top-notch, even down to the little compartment in the buttstock. My only wish is that it came with an optional bayonet, but overall, I'm really happy with the quality. A display stand would be a nice touch though.
Item Order Delayed for Christmas
I ordered something from this company back on November 26th, hoping to get it before Christmas. But, it didn't show up until December 28th, way past the holiday. I tried contacting customer support for help, but it was frustrating to deal with such a long delay. It's clear that there were issues with how they processed and shipped my order which caused the problem. Both the company and the courier dropped the ball, not living up to what I was expecting. It definitely affected my experience as a customer.
Miniature pew pews for enthusiasts
The product is awesome; my family and I really love these little pew pews. Even though there are some hiccups once in a while, their customer service is top-notch and they always fix things by sending replacements quickly. GoatGuns is a company that really cares about its customers and makes sure they're happy. We'll definitely keep buying from them.

Silver 1911 purchase
Oh my goodness, I got my silver 1911 today and it was amazing! It arrived really fast, and I managed to put it together with a bit of effort, but it looks awesome. I've purchased a bunch of AR's from this place for me and my buddies, and they always enjoy them. Honestly, my friends come over and can't get enough of them, some even mistake them for real! These kits are super detailed and cool. Huge shoutout to Sarge for the hookup!
MCX replica purchase
I've bought a bunch of replicas from this company and every single one has been great. The new MCX model I got is super impressive - the attention to detail and quality is top-notch. Mini toy gun purchase
Oh my gosh, you all, this store is amazing!! I found this really cool mini toy gun and it's honestly the best thing ever. But the craziest part was when my package got stolen and I was freaking out. These people were like actual angels, they helped me for a whole month until I got my stuff back. Like, who does that!? They totally deserve all the love for being so awesome. I'm definitely a forever fan of this place, mark my words!
Gun model, rack
I recently bought a new gun model and rack to add to my collection, but I wasn't happy with the service I got. The website said they had a variety of guns, but when my order came, it wasn't what I asked for. Plus, I didn't find out about the mix-up until after it was delivered. I was really annoyed and let down because it messed up my plans to start collecting. It felt like they didn't care about my concerns, which is not cool as a customer.
Metal 1911 model
The 1911 model is really well built and definitely worth the money. I like that it's all-metal construction because it feels super sturdy. The only downside is that the paint seems to chip off pretty easily, especially on the handguards. They end up collecting dead skin, which is pretty gross, and it's hard to clean them without messing up the paint. Also, the magazine doesn't seem to be working right - it looks torn and has trouble locking into place.
Boyfriend's Christmas gift
I recently ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend from this company. Unfortunately, the order never got shipped even though they promised it would arrive by a certain date. It's been really frustrating for me. They sent me an email saying my order was ready to be shipped, but it never actually was. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. I even asked them to cancel the order, but they told me it's a "custom order" so it can't be canceled. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from them.
Christmas gift purchase
I got a Christmas gift from this company, but it's been a letdown. They charged me for the item but it never showed up. Trying to reach customer service has been a struggle because they say they have no record of my order. I wouldn't suggest buying from them directly, look into other options instead.
Thompson submachine gun and gold AK
So, I got these two really awesome guns for my birthday and I was super excited about them. But, the Thompson submachine gun had a gap on the pistol grip and the magazine didn't fit properly. Plus, the feeding spring was totally stuck. And the gold AK? It was a disaster. The magazine was a mess and the cycling of rounds was really disappointing. I mean, c'mon, they need to focus on making better quality products! I'm definitely going to return them.
AK model purchase
I recently bought the AK model and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. The AK is supposed to be "a bit wobbly" because it's made of plastic, but I was hoping for better craftsmanship. What's even more annoying is that the company knows their sling doesn't fit the AK, but they won't give refunds because customers altered it to make it work. That lack of responsibility is not cool, and I won't be recommending this company to anyone. Maybe other models are okay, but I'd advise against getting the AK model and steer clear if you expect any problems to be fixed.
RPK, SVD, M16A1
I am totally obsessed with this armory! The variety of weapons they offer is amazing and the level of detail is really impressive. I just got the RPK, SVD, and M16A1 for my collection and I am thrilled with them. Assembling these models is so much fun and the quality is top-notch. Big thanks to the team for their great service and customer support - you all are awesome!
AR model purchase
The customer service at this company is terrible. It's like they don't even have a real customer service team. It's nearly impossible to return anything or get help. I reached out about a problem with my return label, but all I got were automated email responses. Plus, the AR gun I bought was poorly made. It was all shaky and felt like it would fall apart. I'm really let down by the product and the whole experience.
Gift for boyfriend
I recently bought a gift for my boyfriend from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I placed the order, but then got a notification saying it wasn't processed, even though they already took my money. I tried emailing them, but got no reply. Then I messaged them on Facebook, and all I got back was a useless and immature response. Now, I'm still trying to get my money back, and I had to contact my bank to help me sort it out. This whole thing has been terrible and feels like they're being shady. I really hope they get called out for this and learn to do better in the future.
