I just bought something I saw in the catalog from this store. Ordering online was super easy and went without any issues. I liked how I could easily find what I wanted in the catalog and then quickly order it on their website. It was a quick and simple experience overall.
Three dresses at a great price with an offer for a membership upgrade.
I just bought three dresses and it was actually a really nice experience. The price was super good, and on top of that, they reached out to me personally to see if I wanted to join their membership for free shipping. The package came really quickly and the dresses were even better than I thought. I'm really impressed with how well they took care of me and paid attention to all the little details.
Cool stuff
I really love this place! The deals are always amazing and I can find everything I need. Seriously, if I could, I'd give them a zillion stars! ? Everyone who works here deserves a raise, from the janitor all the way up to the CEO.

Electronic gadgets purchase
Heartland America's website and catalog are so easy to use, it's a breeze finding what you need. The prices are awesome and super competitive, that's why I always come back for more. The only downside is the shipping can be a bit sluggish sometimes. Still, I love all the cool gadgets they have and the money I save shopping here.
Handy, useful products
I thought the selection of handy and useful products was really great. There were so many choices, but I had to limit myself to what I could afford. I'm excited to get my first order and try out all the things I picked!
Rechargeable hair clippers
I just bought a set of rechargeable hair clippers from this store, but dang, three out of four clippers weren't holding a charge! It took me about six weeks to figure out what was up, but as soon as I did, I reached out to customer service. Luckily, they were super helpful and gave me a return shipping label and store credit for those bum clippers. I've been shopping with this company for a while and this was my first time having to return something. I'm glad to see they stand by their products like that.
Wrong size shoe ordered
I bought a shoe in the wrong size and had to return it, but it seriously took forever to get the right size one back. I had to call customer service and they apologized. Finally, after waiting a whole week, I finally got the right size shoe - I needed a 9.5 instead of a 9. But you know what? Overall, I'm still pleased with the store and would totally shop there again.
Membership
I will never recommend Heartland. Their products are fine, but if you join their membership WATCH OUT. I received their letter to cancel the membership. The phone number they gave I was on hold 2 hours, no answer. I went to the website stated on their notice, it is not there to cancel the membership you are sent to an order site. I emailed the address they give and requested cancelation and a confirming email back, never happened. Guess what they deducted the money from my account. The membership is a rip off and their customer service to cancel is a joke. I will never order from them again even without the membership discount. I guess I am stuck with another year membership and will have to pay for a stop payment for next year. What a horrible experience and lost of any trust.

Sorry Management people, I have faced some issue right from despatch to delivery.This way you can't hide behind logistics failure.I am dealing with you since last four years
Sometimes back I had noticed a small problem and thought a exceptional issue.But no improvement onwards.Even though I dared to book a Bluetooth speaker and result unchanged?
I may agree due to pandemic times ,some logistics delay expected but this is not that.
You should have reason to avoid these failures but we don't have.Younwill have to settle all such issues .I seen thousands of reviews,that is not good all.Please do something to streamline all.
Else you can loose your valuable customers who are still wish to come back for shopping.
