Insulated skiing jacket
I recently bought a skiing jacket from this company and when it arrived, I saw there was a tear in the seam. I reached out to customer service and I was really happy with how they took care of it. They were quick to respond and made sure to listen to my concerns. They sent me a replacement jacket right away. This was the first time I had an issue with one of their products, but I have to say I'm impressed with how they handled it. Raincoat warranty claim
I had this old raincoat that I've had for like almost ten years, and it started having some issues. So, I decided to contact customer service and sent them some pics of the problems. They got back to me really quickly and let me know that my raincoat was still covered under warranty. They even gave me a nice credit to use on their website, so I was able to get a brand new raincoat. I'm super happy with how they took care of me, and now I'm a big fan of this company.
Parka purchase
I had a problem with my parka, so I contacted customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they handled it. In just 5 days, everything was taken care of and now I feel good about the product and brand again. Olivia and Mark from the customer care team were amazing, they really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating for their fast and effective help.
Ski pants
I had to grab some new ski pants 'cause my old ones were too small. So, I headed over to the store, and man, the workers were so nice and really helped me out. But then, I ran into a little issue with the pants, and they sorted it out real quick. How cool is that? Definitely gonna spread the word about this awesome store. Huge shoutout to Christina for being amazing!
Winter jacket purchase
I just bought a winter jacket from this store and man, it tore after just a few wears. I was so bummed out and annoyed, but I figured I'd give their customer service a shot. I shot them an email explaining what happened and to my surprise, they got back to me super fast and were really helpful. I ended up talking to a guy named Ludmill, and he really went out of his way to make sure I got a new jacket sent out ASAP.
Waterproof hiking shoes replacement
Customer Service really helped me out when my waterproof hiking shoes started leaking. I sent them an email and Annie got back to me right away to look into the problem. She made me feel like a valued customer and got the faulty product replaced without any trouble. It's great to see a company that really cares about their customers, and I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

Good and affordably nice
The rate is not that unreasonable, also the clothes i bought for winter work good the service are kind of not that great , decent i can say .
However, they have good deals and price if you are looking for buying clothes for winter
