Great smelling perfumes
I bought some perfumes and let me tell you, they smell absolutely amazing! But here's the thing - I only received part of my order. I've been trying to reach out to customer service for a whole month now, but no luck. They haven't replied to any of my emails or Instagram messages. It's beyond frustrating! The perfumes are great, but the customer service? Not so much.
Delayed Order
I've been so let down by the customer service at this company. I put in an order more than three weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. It's so irritating and unprofessional that they haven't even told me what's going on with my order. Even though I do like the product I bought, the annoyance of waiting for it to ship has totally ruined any good vibes I had about my purchase.
Trying to return perfume
I wanted to return my perfume, but I couldn't find a phone number to call for help. Their customer service was so terrible, and it really bummed me out.
Perfume return experience
Recently, I had a pretty bad experience returning a perfume at this store. I bought a perfume that ended up making me feel sick, so I decided to send it back. The store doesn't cover the cost of return shipping, so I paid for it out of pocket. Despite the tracking showing that the package was delivered to them, I waited a whole month for a refund and still didn't get it. Every time I followed up, they kept telling me they hadn't received the return, which was super frustrating. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to finally get my money back. The whole refund process just seemed really sketchy and unreliable.
Travel-size Smyth
I tried to cancel an order I placed two weeks ago, but even after sending three emails to customer service, I never heard back. My order was still showing as processing, and when I finally got the travel-size Smyth, it looked like it had leaked out or someone had already used a quarter of it. I was really let down by how little they communicated and the poor quality of the product.
Discovery Box
I recently ordered what was labeled as a Discovery Box after seeing a celebrity talk about it on TV. The website made it seem like it was a full set of perfume samples, similar to what was shown on TV. But when I got the package, I was super bummed to see that it only had 2 small boxes with a few measly samples, nothing like what they promised. I contacted customer service to tell them how disappointed I was, but they just brushed it off and said no refunds for Discovery Boxes. It felt like a trick, leaving me feeling ripped off and lied to. I even had to go all out and get the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company involved to dispute the charge.
Last light
The sample and full size do NOT smell the same. The sample has a distinct patchouli smell that the full size doesn't have. I reached out to the company telling them this but never hear back from them. I wont purchase from this company again.
