Hairdryer purchase
I just bought a hairdryer from this company and let me tell you, I am so impressed. The customer service I got was amazing. Even though they took a bit to get back to me, they fixed the problem super fast and I'm totally happy with how it turned out. The hairdryer itself is top-of-the-line - seriously the best one I've ever owned. I also gave some of their hair products a try and they're fantastic too. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience with this company.
AEC purchase with pump dispenser issue
I just bought the AEC, but ran into a problem with the pump dispenser not working right. I emailed customer service, and let me tell you, they were super helpful and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Their suggestions did the trick, and they even sent me a replacement right away without any issues. The way this place takes care of their customers is really top-notch. I'm blown away and super thankful for the amazing customer service. Thanks a bunch!
Zhoosh foam for thinning hair
As a middle-aged woman with hair starting to thin out, let me tell you, I am beyond excited about what the Zhoosh foam has done for my hair. It looks fuller, has more life to it, and best of all, it's not sticky at all. I was a little unsure at first because of some bad reviews I had seen, but I'm so glad I took a chance on it. The change in my hair is like night and day, and I couldn't be more pleased with how this product turned out.
Hair dryer, Almost Everything Cream, and round brush
I got a hair dryer, Almost Everything Cream, and round brush from my partner as a Christmas gift. My hair is fine and a bit wavy, and usually gets frizzy and poofy after drying. But with these products, I've been getting the smoothest, shiniest blowout that lasts for days. Not only does my hair look better, but I can style it without the usual shoulder pain I've had for 11 years. These products might be expensive, but they really work.
Overpriced hair styling product
This product is such a rip-off. I tried shaking it like crazy and pressing the nozzle with all my might, but I only get a sad little spritz of foam that just turns to liquid in no time. It's a total nightmare to use and now my hair looks even worse than before. Are they kidding with this stuff?
Foaming hair product
The fact that Hershesons doesn't seem to have any customer service available is pretty worrisome. I couldn't find a customer service number to call for help with the foaming hair product I wanted to buy. The reviews on that product were kind of mixed, which made me nervous about buying it without more info. It would be nice if they offered smaller sizes for customers to try out before committing to a big purchase. Also, all the product videos I saw just had models with medium or long hair - they didn't show any love for those of us with short spiky or pixie haircuts. It would be awesome if they included a variety of hair lengths in their ads so everyone feels included.
Hair dryer
I agree with the review below. The company is scamming the US buyers by not stating the hair dryer is not compatible with the US electric plugs. I also contacted their customer service and I have not had a response. Believe me the company does not intend to respond.
I reviewed the hairdryer on the Hereshon website with my issues and the company will not post it. There are only 5star reviews posted .it’s fraudulent.

I received an email from Hershesons and ordered a hair dryer online. No where did it reference that this hair dryer is NOT compatible with the electrical outlets in the USA. I emailed the company 5 days ago asking for a return authorization and have not heard back from them. Why would you advertise in the USA if your product is not compatible there? Do not order if you intend to use their products in the USA.
