Budget car rental booking
My recent experience booking a Budget car rental with QEEQ was awesome. I was a first-time customer and was really impressed with how easy it was to book and the great prices they had. I had never heard of them before, but I decided to give them a shot for my trip to the USA. The car I rented was way cheaper than anywhere else I looked. And to top it off, I got a free upgrade to a RAM pickup, which would have cost a lot more if I went through someone else. It almost felt too good to be true, but everything went smoothly and I had a great experience from beginning to end.

Non-discrete shipping experience
I recently bought something from this company because they said they ship things discreetly. But when my order came, the packaging showed exactly what was inside. It made me feel awkward, especially because of what I ordered. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were dismissive and didn't take responsibility. They said they wouldn't take it back due to the nature of the product, even though I realized it wasn't for me and found a different company that would accept returns no problem. The way this company treated me was really disappointing, so I had to get PayPal involved to finally get it fixed.

Foaming hair product
The fact that Hershesons doesn't seem to have any customer service available is pretty worrisome. I couldn't find a customer service number to call for help with the foaming hair product I wanted to buy. The reviews on that product were kind of mixed, which made me nervous about buying it without more info. It would be nice if they offered smaller sizes for customers to try out before committing to a big purchase. Also, all the product videos I saw just had models with medium or long hair - they didn't show any love for those of us with short spiky or pixie haircuts. It would be awesome if they included a variety of hair lengths in their ads so everyone feels included.
