But then things went south when it came to getting my shoes delivered. Even though I paid extra for faster shipping, my package took way longer to get to me than it should have. It was frustrating not knowing where it was and having to bug customer service for updates. The shoes did finally show up, but the delay definitely put a damper on what could've been a great shopping experience.
Scarce bag
The guy at the Italy Station really helped me out finding this super hard-to-find bag I was looking for. It was like he was a detective for bags or something! And the price was actually not too bad, pretty reasonable.
Large designer bag purchase
I recently bought a big designer bag from this seller. I gotta say, potential buyers should watch out. My order got stuck in customs for a long time because the seller messed up the name and address. It caused a lot of delays and really irritated me, so I just asked for a refund instead of fixing the mistake. Even though the seller said they would give me my money back, I still haven't seen it after the courier confirmed they got the item back. Their lack of professionalism and not keeping their word is really disappointing and not cool. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them since they didn't follow through on their end of the deal.
