As someone who's on the curvier side, it can be pretty tough to find activewear that fits well and looks good in bigger sizes. But I recently got my hands on some larger-sized activewear and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. Not only were they stylish, but they were also super comfortable and made it easy for me to move around during my workouts without feeling restricted. The only downside was that there weren't a lot of options in sizes bigger than what I got, which was a bummer. Still, overall, I had a good experience with the activewear and would definitely recommend it to anyone else out there looking for stylish and functional gear in larger sizes.
Plus Size Casual Wear
The clothes from this brand are seriously the best. I've been buying from them for like ten years now because their stuff lasts way longer than any other brand I've bought. I wish they had more fancy clothes, but their everyday stuff is seriously the best.
Overpriced underwear
I can't believe I wasted so much money on a few pairs of underwear that didn't even fit right and were totally unwearable. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare - they wouldn't even send replacements, only offered a refund for stuff that hadn't been opened. Like who really wears underwear without washing it first, right? Definitely steer clear of this company and don't waste your hard-earned cash!
Sports Bra
I bought a sports bra from this company recently, but it didn't fit right. So, I tried to return it, but it's been a total nightmare. Even though the tracking number shows they got it over two weeks ago, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been a real pain, especially since I needed a new sports bra for my upcoming vacation. I've called customer service several times, and each time they just tell me to wait a little longer for the refund. This whole situation has really bummed me out and made me lose faith in the company's ability to get things done right.
Missing items
I recently bought something online, but they forgot to include two items in my order. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email several times about the missing items, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. Plus, the stuff I did get wasn't that great in quality either. I'm totally not happy with how things turned out and won't be shopping there again. I'd advise others to find somewhere else to shop if they want good customer service and good stuff.
Bra purchase, waiting for refund
I had to call to exchange a bra for a bigger size and get another one. They sent the new bras before receiving the old one. I waited forever for my refund, and I had to keep calling them over and over. It was so frustrating!
Return refund delay
The return process was awful. I reached out to customer service to ask when I would get my refund after sending back my item 15 days ago. They told me I'd have to wait a whole 4 weeks after they got my return to get my money back. Waiting that long for a refund is just crazy and not okay. I'm really unhappy with all of this and won't be buying from them again.
Return authorization hold-up
I got something that didn't fit right and when I tried to return it, Junoactive is holding onto my money for weeks before they'll give me a refund. They received the item in great shape, but now I have to wait until mid-February to get my money back. It's really annoying! I'd suggest not buying from them if you might have to make a return.
Difficult return experience
I've never been so annoyed with a return process in my life! It's not fair that customers have to eat the shipping costs for refunds. This is not how you treat customers, especially since returns happen all the time with online shopping. They need to figure out a better way to handle returns and shipping expenses. I'm definitely not coming back to shop here.
