Started skeptical; had a bad moving experience before and needed something to save my back. Paperwork looked messy so I almost canceled. Support cleared things up (took time) and the dolly did its job on moving day. Not flawless, but relieved and glad I went ahead.
Dress mismatch, bit of a mess
Bought for a friend's wedding but the color looked off and the fit was wrong — tight on the bust, loose at the waist. Fabric felt cheaper than expected. Tried to return but never received the QR code despite emailing; customer service didn't reply. Feeling a bit frustrated, honestly.

Mostly Fine

The weird part was paying about $20 total to get it and send it back. They offered half-refund if I kept it, which, well, didn't make sense for me. Boxed expectations
an XL fits perfectly in one top, and another XL is huge, like two sizes off. Returns are a pain too—pay shipping, then get a small discount offer that makes sending stuff back pointless, so you end up finding new homes for things. Overall, glad some pieces worked, but mixed feelings.
Lastane material not preferred
I really don't care for clothes that have lastane in them. If you could switch to cotton or a different blend, I'd definitely buy more stuff. Like, my last purchase was a tan top with white flowers, and I really like the design but I wish it was made out of a different fabric.
Outfit
The outfit I bought online looked really pretty in the pictures, but I was kinda bummed when I got it because it didn't live up to what I hoped for. The material seemed cheap and the stitching wasn't that great. Definitely not worth the money I shelled out. And to top it off, they wouldn't even give me free shipping like I asked for, which was annoying. All in all, I was let down by my purchase and I won't be buying from them again.

I was really looking forward to shopping at this online store, but sadly, the whole thing kinda ended up being a bummer.
