THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I used their size chart and carefully chose the size it indicated would fit me. WRONG! I couldn't begin to get into any of the items. Also, I was disappointed in the very poor quality of the fabric. The worst problem was the cost of returning the items. My order was $118 but the return cost was going to be $150!!!!!!!! So I am stuck with these poor quality items and feel I have been robbed of $118.

I requested a return of a pair of shoes as the size was too small. In order to get a return address you have to go on line and select the item to return, than they have to give you acceptance to return the item, however, the do not provide the return address. This return must take place with 15 days. They take their sweet time to respond to you if they respond at all. I ordered two identical items one for me and my sister. One of the dresses can a trim around the neck the other one did not have a trim as shown in the picture. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Size chart totally inaccurate
Returns are impossible they say shipping to China is so expensive the will give$15 instead on a $58 order So many impediments set up for returns despicable companyThese ads that POP UP on FB are from China and they are ripping people off with poor product and NO customer service. First and last time order clothes online. the clothes deliver look like they took a picture of the real things and added it to cheap material. The refund policy is ridiculous . You have to pay all cost for shipping it back to china. they wanted in addition the money I paid for multiple items and they wanted an additional 76 dollars to send it back and would not credit my account. its an experience that will prevent me from ever online shopping again
5 tops that were too small but are usually my size.
told me to contact them for return info, but does not send it. the material s so thin that it just clings to you. they give you this redicules amt of time to return item and you will not be able to tell if they got it in time or not. please do not buy from these china frauds. right in this short period you are supposed to mail it to china.
2 dresses and 2 tops
this was my second order, I'm a slow learner I guess. The first 2 tops I ordered were a bit small but I kept them as the price was right and they are nice fashion.
2nd order I went up a size according to their size chart! WRONG DECISION. Both dresses size Med. are less than 30 " around, and the fabric of 1 is see thru sheer. The 2 tops size Med. 1 is smaller than a small, and the other larger than a large.
Return policy sucks, My items were shipped ground service from Vernon CA, yet they require returns to China with a lengthly paragraph on how you must pay any import duty, delay in time to process, etc. BUT they will give you a cash refund of 15% to save that trouble........$47 paid not including shipping cost to me, yet I'm offered $7 refund to have alterations.

They use great photography but when the items arrive they don't look as pictured, very poor quality AND their return policy sucks. To return you have to pay international shipping costs and international customs fees to China and the items can take several weeks to be received. They do not refund your money until after they receive the returns. What a Total rip-off and waste of time. I attempted to return a pair of shoes too small, and a dress so thin and looks only fit to sleep or do house clean in. They acknowledged that it could be a long time to actually get refunded and offered me an instant 15% refund to cover alteration expenses in lieu of returning. Lol, how can you alter shoes that are too little and I cannot alter an item that looks like poor quality only fit to sleep in. I also ordered two coats that look nothing like pictured, so I would like to return them also but would be too expensive to return so I will just donate to a thrift store. What I would have to pay for return shipping and customs would probably end up being what I paid for the items so it's a wash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

I purchased appr. $150.00 worth of clothes from JUSTFASIONNOW. Delivery was in Canada. The clothes arrived, with half of them made of very cheap plastic feeling material, not like the pictures at all. Some also did not fit. altho I purchased according to their sizing chart. As they offer returns, I began the process of returning unsatisfactory items. I had to email to get the return address as they were clear about NOT sending back to return address on original parcel - which came from Mississauga. Returns had to be made within 15 days and come with a tracking #, at my expense. The cost of returning $72.00 worth of clothing was $92.00 Cdn. They said that was the only way to return. I have seen other negative reviews for this company - similar to mine. They are accurate! There are other companies that sell similar clothing, for the same value often, and have GREAT return policy - such as Wish and Rosegal. They are both upfront about country of origin, and guarantee satisfaction. I have never had a problem with them - so will be crossing JUSTFASIONNOW off my list.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! I live in Canada and frequently order products online for my daughter and granddaughters in California . They completely screwed up the delivery information and used my daughters street address but with my Canadian city. When i inquired they told me that not only was i not going to get the products but would NOT receive a refund. I plan legal action if possible but if not i WILL post daily complaints online to prevent these scam artists from stealing other people's money. I am enraged by the bad experience i have had and my 18 year old grandaughter did not receive her birthday gift that was very important to her. Stay away from this site.
Three tops in February 2021
I purchased three tops but I was not crazy about the quality or the sizing. I did as instructed on the "Return." I was told that the shipping location was not the return center. The return location was in Guangzhou, China. I checked several international carriers and the lest expensive shipping was $65. I did not pay that much for the items. I was informed that 15% of the purchase price would be refunded if I kept the tops. I acquiesced but I will never purchase from this company again.

unfortunately, i was disappointed when i felt the quality of the fabric- see through materials, made for women 6' tall, and not like the pictures on the website. Wont be buying from here ever again.
Wow I'm glad I dug a little deeper to find this thread. So glad I did! They advertise some cute stuff! Shame they can't be a real company.

Sounded like a great site to buy clothes.
Ordered 4 items. Took awhile to get them.
1 fit, 3 did not.
Contacted customer service as stated. Here is the response I received,

I orered U.S. $395 U.S worth of cloth and shoes. Only one dress fit and was nice: Boho Polka dot. The Mary Janes and a pair of winter boots are also good. But the rest is DISMAL. Clothes are made with cheap materials that are NOT what is shown in their photos. Evidently, they did a nice photo shoot with really nice clothes but they sell us poorly made imitation. The worst was their stylish looking tribal blouse. Gorgeous in photos. In reality, it is boxy shirt made with horrible material and the motif is printed as opposed to embroidered. Nothing tribal about it. The size is super big. I too was offered 15% or 25% discount and warned that I will pay shipping and customs. I spent U.S. $87 to ship to China as per their directions. But I am now afraid after looking at complaints from other buyers who never received a refund or got their returns, RETURNED. Since the items are produced and shipped from various makers, I am not so sure if Justfashionnow is on purpose scamming or they simply do not check on the quality of their providers. I cross my fingers and hope I get my money refunded.

I ordered seven items on Christmas Eve. All the items except one arrived late. Now it is the first week in February and I'm still waiting with no hope for a refund or exchange for another item. I like the styles and colors but I wish the quality was a little better.
I will never order anything again! None of it looks at all like the pictures on their site. It is all polyester crap!

DO NOT purchase anything from these people, no matter how cute the pictures appear! It took 2 months to receive my items, the quality of items was poor, the return policy is basically non-existent, as you have to pay to have items returned to CHINA. There is no indication, in ordering, that the items were coming from, and I assumed distribution would be in the US. As usual, NEVER assume!
Two sweatshirts and a scarf
I will NEVER order clothing from this company again. Out of four items, three were not as they appeared in the ad. Not even close. False advertising at its best. To add insult to injury, no response to the email I sent to Customer Support. In future I will stick to Zulily.

Most of the tops were too small, and it was too much of a headache to return. They kept saying they never received my email to request an authorization form. I finally just gave up.

Do not order from this company. I wish I had checked out reviews before ordering. Two dresses and a bra were way too small. There is no customer service so it is not possible to return items. I have been trying to reach this company by e-mail for 5 months with no luck. Some items I ordered 5 months ago have still not shipped. Stay away from this company.
4 dresses
I purchased 4 dresses in mid September, 2020. They arrived a month later. I was disappointed in the quality of the material, poor workmanship, and drab colors compared to the photos. When I returned them, I learned that they must be returned to China. The expense was nearly half the original cost, along with insurance and tracking, and the tracking only covered in the States. In Nov., a month later after inquiring about my refund, I was informed that when the package cleared customs, I would be refunded! AND, I would need to cover any customs costs before the returns would be cleared! How am I suppose to bear further costs and even know if that is indeed the case? I will never get a refund, so I feel this whole experience has been very bad. With this business' products and policy, it is a rip-off!
