2 tops
I have tried to return these two tops. They were both too small and the wrong color and pattern. The company has required multiple photos of the products. I sent all of the photos that they required. They say to be patient. However, they have not sent the return label. They give you 30 to return the items and I believe that the time has elapsed. Please do not order from this company. They are scamming people.
Printed casual cotton blend outerwear
TOTAL RIPOFF!! It's supposed to be a coat - outerwear in the title. What I got bears little resemblance to the picture. It looks like a thin bathrobe I wouldn't even buy in a thrift shop. Original price $206!! The colors are all wrong. Garish hunter green instead of soft mint green, etc. The print was badly done, too. Flowers came out as amorphous blobs. There were supposed to be raised flowers as detail. Nope. Glowing reviews on the website must be bogus. Final sale, so they won't take it back. Ordering, of course, was very easy. Shipping OK, but they're not responsible for that.

Horrible. Nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for 1 item. The coat looked so cute and it was nothing like the pictures. Colors were off and it looked textured in the picture and it is screen printed polyester.
2 dresses
BEWARE ! Don't fall for it- I know the pictures are beautiful and you think wow- I could get that item for so little money !! YES- that's exactly what it is- too good to be true. The fabrics are very, very cheap. The sizing is way off. It takes weeks to finally get your order and then you will immediately want to return, but they make that so difficult. They sent me an email saying I could get 15% cash back on my $52 order. It is a scam.
These people make it quite clear that what they are selling is something CHEAP. They use that word repeatedly. NEVER buy anything online BEFORE you first check out the reviews.
Several blouses
I guess a lot of the problem is I didn’t read the description good enough, a cotton polyester blend quite apparently means something entirely different to me than it does to them. The sizing is all over the place. I ordered XL and I got a blouse I can’t get on and a few that I could gain another 50 lbs. and be fine. It appears that most of my tops are that really really really cheap polyester material. That will teach me to shop in China!
How the heck do you get in touch with these people? Is there a phone number? I ordered over 100 dollars worth of items and never received. They are telling me to file a claim with the carrier or some nonsense...I am older and disabled and don't drive. No one will respond to me. I can't afford to give 120 dollars away. How do I get my money back?

Dress and Shirt
The photo's they show are not accurate. I purchased a shirt that looks yellow in the picture and is listed as being yellow. The shirt I received is actually lime green and not as pictures. The picture indicates pleats across the the front - no pleats on the shirt I received. The picture also shows the flower pattern going up the front of the shirt and sleeves - flowers printed only on the bottom edges.
The photo of the dress I purchased shows a layer - the actual dress has no layer is is just a straight piece of material that is not flattering at all. And once again the patter of the material is not as shown in the pictures. The flowers patter is only along the bottom hem - not across the front of the dress to the waistline as indicated.
Another item that I purchased is on back order although they have already charged me for it - they have no time frame as to when it will become available.

The products are cheap but that is more than reflected in the quality. Everything took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was disappointing. As I'm in the UK and Just Fashion Now is in the US, I didn't bother sending anything back, I just took it all to charity shops. Would I buy off them again? Never!

The quality of the tops are very low, cheap and thinly made. The sizes are not accurate, the xlarge might fit a small child. Customer service doesn't want me to send the tops back that I will not be able to use or even give away because of the quality.
dresses and tops
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I used their size chart and carefully chose the size it indicated would fit me. WRONG! I couldn't begin to get into any of the items. Also, I was disappointed in the very poor quality of the fabric. The worst problem was the cost of returning the items. My order was $118 but the return cost was going to be $150!!!!!!!! So I am stuck with these poor quality items and feel I have been robbed of $118.

I requested a return of a pair of shoes as the size was too small. In order to get a return address you have to go on line and select the item to return, than they have to give you acceptance to return the item, however, the do not provide the return address. This return must take place with 15 days. They take their sweet time to respond to you if they respond at all. I ordered two identical items one for me and my sister. One of the dresses can a trim around the neck the other one did not have a trim as shown in the picture. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the poor customer service and the items receive may not always look like to picture.Two dresses
Size chart totally inaccurate

First and last time order clothes online. the clothes deliver look like they took a picture of the real things and added it to cheap material. The refund policy is ridiculous . You have to pay all cost for shipping it back to china. they wanted in addition the money I paid for multiple items and they wanted an additional 76 dollars to send it back and would not credit my account. its an experience that will prevent me from ever online shopping again
5 tops that were too small but are usually my size.
told me to contact them for return info, but does not send it. the material s so thin that it just clings to you. they give you this redicules amt of time to return item and you will not be able to tell if they got it in time or not. please do not buy from these china frauds. right in this short period you are supposed to mail it to china.
2 dresses and 2 tops
this was my second order, I'm a slow learner I guess. The first 2 tops I ordered were a bit small but I kept them as the price was right and they are nice fashion.
2nd order I went up a size according to their size chart! WRONG DECISION. Both dresses size Med. are less than 30 " around, and the fabric of 1 is see thru sheer. The 2 tops size Med. 1 is smaller than a small, and the other larger than a large.
Return policy sucks, My items were shipped ground service from Vernon CA, yet they require returns to China with a lengthly paragraph on how you must pay any import duty, delay in time to process, etc. BUT they will give you a cash refund of 15% to save that trouble........$47 paid not including shipping cost to me, yet I'm offered $7 refund to have alterations.

They use great photography but when the items arrive they don't look as pictured, very poor quality AND their return policy sucks. To return you have to pay international shipping costs and international customs fees to China and the items can take several weeks to be received. They do not refund your money until after they receive the returns. What a Total rip-off and waste of time. I attempted to return a pair of shoes too small, and a dress so thin and looks only fit to sleep or do house clean in. They acknowledged that it could be a long time to actually get refunded and offered me an instant 15% refund to cover alteration expenses in lieu of returning. Lol, how can you alter shoes that are too little and I cannot alter an item that looks like poor quality only fit to sleep in. I also ordered two coats that look nothing like pictured, so I would like to return them also but would be too expensive to return so I will just donate to a thrift store. What I would have to pay for return shipping and customs would probably end up being what I paid for the items so it's a wash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

I purchased appr. $150.00 worth of clothes from JUSTFASIONNOW. Delivery was in Canada. The clothes arrived, with half of them made of very cheap plastic feeling material, not like the pictures at all. Some also did not fit. altho I purchased according to their sizing chart. As they offer returns, I began the process of returning unsatisfactory items. I had to email to get the return address as they were clear about NOT sending back to return address on original parcel - which came from Mississauga. Returns had to be made within 15 days and come with a tracking #, at my expense. The cost of returning $72.00 worth of clothing was $92.00 Cdn. They said that was the only way to return. I have seen other negative reviews for this company - similar to mine. They are accurate! There are other companies that sell similar clothing, for the same value often, and have GREAT return policy - such as Wish and Rosegal. They are both upfront about country of origin, and guarantee satisfaction. I have never had a problem with them - so will be crossing JUSTFASIONNOW off my list.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! I live in Canada and frequently order products online for my daughter and granddaughters in California . They completely screwed up the delivery information and used my daughters street address but with my Canadian city. When i inquired they told me that not only was i not going to get the products but would NOT receive a refund. I plan legal action if possible but if not i WILL post daily complaints online to prevent these scam artists from stealing other people's money. I am enraged by the bad experience i have had and my 18 year old grandaughter did not receive her birthday gift that was very important to her. Stay away from this site.
Three tops in February 2021
I purchased three tops but I was not crazy about the quality or the sizing. I did as instructed on the "Return." I was told that the shipping location was not the return center. The return location was in Guangzhou, China. I checked several international carriers and the lest expensive shipping was $65. I did not pay that much for the items. I was informed that 15% of the purchase price would be refunded if I kept the tops. I acquiesced but I will never purchase from this company again.

unfortunately, i was disappointed when i felt the quality of the fabric- see through materials, made for women 6' tall, and not like the pictures on the website. Wont be buying from here ever again.
Wow I'm glad I dug a little deeper to find this thread. So glad I did! They advertise some cute stuff! Shame they can't be a real company.

Sounded like a great site to buy clothes.
Ordered 4 items. Took awhile to get them.
1 fit, 3 did not.
Contacted customer service as stated. Here is the response I received,
