$395 worth of items
I orered U.S. $395 U.S worth of cloth and shoes. Only one dress fit and was nice: Boho Polka dot. The Mary Janes and a pair of winter boots are also good. But the rest is DISMAL. Clothes are made with cheap materials that are NOT what is shown in their photos. Evidently, they did a nice photo shoot with really nice clothes but they sell us poorly made imitation. The worst was their stylish looking tribal blouse. Gorgeous in photos. In reality, it is boxy shirt made with horrible material and the motif is printed as opposed to embroidered. Nothing tribal about it. The size is super big. I too was offered 15% or 25% discount and warned that I will pay shipping and customs. I spent U.S. $87 to ship to China as per their directions. But I am now afraid after looking at complaints from other buyers who never received a refund or got their returns, RETURNED. Since the items are produced and shipped from various makers, I am not so sure if Justfashionnow is on purpose scamming or they simply do not check on the quality of their providers. I cross my fingers and hope I get my money refunded.

I ordered seven items on Christmas Eve. All the items except one arrived late. Now it is the first week in February and I'm still waiting with no hope for a refund or exchange for another item. I like the styles and colors but I wish the quality was a little better.
I will never order anything again! None of it looks at all like the pictures on their site. It is all polyester crap!
A hoodie and sweatshirt
F$)&ing scammers. False advertising. Photos don’t look like horrible polyester items. Disgusted but my fault for not checking reviews. Buyer beware.
Clothes, boots
DO NOT purchase anything from these people, no matter how cute the pictures appear! It took 2 months to receive my items, the quality of items was poor, the return policy is basically non-existent, as you have to pay to have items returned to CHINA. There is no indication, in ordering, that the items were coming from, and I assumed distribution would be in the US. As usual, NEVER assume!
Two sweatshirts and a scarf
I will NEVER order clothing from this company again. Out of four items, three were not as they appeared in the ad. Not even close. False advertising at its best. To add insult to injury, no response to the email I sent to Customer Support. In future I will stick to Zulily.

Most of the tops were too small, and it was too much of a headache to return. They kept saying they never received my email to request an authorization form. I finally just gave up.

Do not order from this company. I wish I had checked out reviews before ordering. Two dresses and a bra were way too small. There is no customer service so it is not possible to return items. I have been trying to reach this company by e-mail for 5 months with no luck. Some items I ordered 5 months ago have still not shipped. Stay away from this company.
4 dresses
I purchased 4 dresses in mid September, 2020. They arrived a month later. I was disappointed in the quality of the material, poor workmanship, and drab colors compared to the photos. When I returned them, I learned that they must be returned to China. The expense was nearly half the original cost, along with insurance and tracking, and the tracking only covered in the States. In Nov., a month later after inquiring about my refund, I was informed that when the package cleared customs, I would be refunded! AND, I would need to cover any customs costs before the returns would be cleared! How am I suppose to bear further costs and even know if that is indeed the case? I will never get a refund, so I feel this whole experience has been very bad. With this business' products and policy, it is a rip-off!

THEY STATED THAT MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED IN JULY.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS PLACED IN THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY $150 FROM MY ACCOUNT (IN MARCH) AND SAID MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED IN JULY.
I REQUESTED MY DELIVERY INFORMATION 3 TIMES, FINALLY RECEIVED IT AND THEY (JUSTFASHION) STATED THAT I NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WTH THE SHIPPER AND FORWARD THEM THE CLAIM NUMBER. KNOWING THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY (THE SHIPPER) ONES THAT CAN FILE A CLAIM.
I SPOKE TO A FEDEX MANAGER AND HE STATED THAT THE SHIPPER (JUSTFASHION) IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN FILE A CLAIM. THERE IS ABSOULETY NOTHING FEDEX CAN DO.
SO WHY TELL ME TO FILE A CLAIM.
NOW THEY (JUSTFASHION) IS TELLING ME SINCE I DID NOT HAVE SHIPPING INSURANCE, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO????

Have not received about half of what I ordered months ago. Pants were ok but shirts ridiculously small. Will never order from them again. Money gone.
Dresses and shirts
All items were of inferior material. When I tried to return, they kept emailing me with questions about the return, then refused to honor a return and said they would give me 15% of the value. The company is in China, so that is where you have to return, but they won't send you a return label. I will never order from this company again.

Dress is advertised as cotton on the website. Label in the dress states cotton. It is definitely not cotton It is a synthetic fabric. The shoulder straps are different than what is shown in the picture on the website. Delivery took forever. I am still waiting for a second garment which did not ship at the same time.
six items - last one - gray dress
This company is a total ripoff. Have foolishly bought five or six items from them, hoping the next item would be better, ha. The last item I purchased was a gray dress, beautiful grained fabric with large slouch pockets....what I got was some tight fitting satin job with tiny pockets and not even something a total tramp would wear. I requested an exchange, was given a run-around, could pay postage, pay customs, could cost more than spent originally, offered refund that could be applied against altering the dress I was sent. Rediculos suggestions, altering won't change the fabric and the cheap way the dress was made. I am rateing the company but as one person stated, there are no zeros. One more thing, the 44% who would buy again must have money to throw away or are gluttons for punishment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE....TOTAL SCAM. PRETEND THEY ARE IN CALIFORNIA BUT WHEN MY ORDER CAME ALL WRONG THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE. I ASKED WHY WHEN THEY DID NOT SHIP THE CORRECT SIZES AND WHERE WAS MY CREDIT??? ONCE I SHIPPED EVERYTHING BACK TO CHINA, I WAS TOLD I EXCEEDED THE RETURN TIME ALLOWED. TOTAL SCAM, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Ordered and piad for 3 pair of shoes- ended with NONE
Ordered 3 ladies pairs of shoes. Approx $45.00 (US) each. One pair never arrived in over 3 months however the website customer service simply says "yes it did". I then pay $57.25 US Postage to return the other 2 pairs that did arrive to get a $85.00 refund. US Postal system shows the package delivered into customs in China but again the customer service of the Just Fashion website says "no refund until they receive the package. I sent them the tracking showing it was delivered into China Customs over 2 months ago. Needless to say I am out the $150.00 for the shoes and the shipping, out the $57.25 to return the 2 pair i did receive for total out of pocket of $207.25 and have no items. I say buy locally because for 207.25 and no shoes I certainly could have bought my wife shoes and gotten a thanks out of it.

Harem pants
First of all the pants were way over priced. The sizing on this site in irratic. You never know if it is going to fir. I know when these pants are washed they will never be wearable. Fabric used is not US standard. I would like to tell anyone reading this to stay away from this site. You will be disappointed. I would not recommend to a friend.
