Skinny jeans
I bought a pair of these skinny jeans on sale in a store, I’ve never heard of this company or brand ever before this! But I Tried them on & they fit like a glove!???? I absolutely love these jeans! They are so... true to size. And I have a hard time with most jeans. I just had to go online & I ordered two more pair they are exactly what I wanted. I’m 5”2 -105 lbs size 2 fit perfect thank you Karl Lagerfeld ❤️❤️
Online order with delayed refund
Their return policy is just not acceptable. I can't wrap my head around the fact that in today's world, a company would hang on to your money for almost a whole month after you send something back. I shipped my item back on December 22nd and I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for my cash. When I finally reached out to customer service, they casually mentioned that it takes 10-14 business days to process returns after they receive them. That's practically a month of waiting! It's absolutely absurd and doesn't make any sense. This was my first time ordering online from this company and I'm totally let down. And to top it off, the person I talked to about my refund was dismissive and flat-out rude.
Bag, delayed delivery
I was so relieved when my bag from KL Paris finally arrived, but man, let me tell you, the whole process was a total headache because of the delay. I called up on 6/18 to check on my order, and this lady had me on hold forever while she looked into it. She said she'd shoot me an email to update me that same day, but guess what? I never heard a peep. It's a real letdown when the customer service falls short like that, especially when I was starting to really like their stuff. Now, because of this mess, I'm thinking twice about sticking with KL Paris.
Classic styles
It really bums me out to order from here now that the original designer is no longer around. The sophistication that used to set this brand apart is fading away, being replaced by run-of-the-mill urban streetwear plastered with logos everywhere. Who really wants to just be a walking ad for a brand, you know? It's just sad to see the drop in quality and style since Karl Lagerfeld passed away. This site that we all used to love has really lost its special touch and uniqueness, which leaves customers like me searching elsewhere for more timeless looks that don't scream "hey, check me out, I'm decked out in Karl Lagerfeld."
Bag purchase
My recent experience with the website was super frustrating. I bought a bag about a month ago, but then got an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation. I reordered the bag and asked for faster shipping as a goodwill gesture for the hassle, but they said no. When I tried to track my order, the system kept saying it didn't exist, even though I put in the right info over and over. Then when I made an account to see my orders, I was shocked to see other people's personal info, like addresses and card details from folks in California. It's seriously worrying how they don't keep things private and secure.
