Scam alert
I ordered a bunch of stuff and it never showed up. They told me I'd get my money back, but that never happened. And on top of that, they didn't even send me all the free samples they said they would.
My recent purchase
I bought something from this one place and it was a disaster. They claim to be American, but everything is from India, even their customer service! They wouldn't let me cancel my order, even after they messed it up. I don't know what's really in their products since they're all from India.
Stinky Skincare Purchase
I recently purchased some skincare products that I thought would have a nice lemon scent, but they ended up smelling like rotten eggs. I reached out to the company to address the issue, but they were no help at all. I even spoke with higher-ups at the company, but they didn't seem to care. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again!
Fast delivery
I just bought something online and paid extra for fast delivery, but it ended up being a letdown. The website said I'd get my stuff in two days, but it's been four days and my package is still MIA with no sign of when it'll arrive. I've tried reaching out for help, but all I get back are useless automated messages. This whole thing has been a major bummer. The products themselves are cool, but the delivery and customer service? Not so much.
Family Christmas gifts
So I just bought two Christmas gifts for my family, and it turned into a total mess. I waited three weeks for my order to show up, and when it didn't, I tried hitting up customer service with a bunch of emails. But guess what? No response. I'm feeling pretty irritated and let down by how unprofessional this whole situation is. I thought this company was super legit, but now I see why it's so important to check out reviews before buying anything. It's a bummer that my family won't be getting their gifts on time because of this company's lousy service.
Back to school sale
I was really looking forward to grabbing some deals during the back to school sale, but they ended up canceling my order out of nowhere! I sent them an email, but never heard back, and when I called, they promised to follow up but never did. The same thing happened on Black Friday and Boxing Day too! Seriously, what's going on, guys?
Serum Disaster
Oh my gosh, I splurged on this really pricey night serum and followed the instructions exactly, but oh my gosh, my face started peeling like crazy! It's so painful, and I've been shedding skin for days. I tried emailing them for some help and a refund, but they haven't responded at all. I usually know my skincare stuff, but this serum turned out to be a disaster. I'm definitely never using it again!
Black Friday order cancelled
Man, I was really excited to get my order on Black Friday, but then I found out it got cancelled for no reason! I called customer service, and they couldn't explain why it happened. They told me there weren't any discounts left, so I couldn't reorder. I was so disappointed that they messed up, and I couldn't get my stuff.
