Personalized necklace with interlocking circles and birthstones
I just bought a custom necklace with interlocking circles and birthstones for my boyfriend's mom for Christmas. It was supposed to represent my boyfriend, his brother, and their dad who passed away when they were kids. But when the package arrived, I was super bummed to see that one of the birthstones fell out, and the other two were all lopsided. It was obvious that the company didn't pay attention to the details or quality. I couldn't believe they would send out such a messed-up product, especially since it had sentimental value. What really got me mad was when I reached out to them, they wouldn't refund or compensate me for the damaged necklace. Their lack of responsibility and customer service was shocking. A good company should back their products and fix any issues, especially when they arrive broken. It's like this company doesn't care about their customers or their work quality. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else for jewelry in the future and won't be recommending this company to anyone.

Serum Disaster
Oh my gosh, I splurged on this really pricey night serum and followed the instructions exactly, but oh my gosh, my face started peeling like crazy! It's so painful, and I've been shedding skin for days. I tried emailing them for some help and a refund, but they haven't responded at all. I usually know my skincare stuff, but this serum turned out to be a disaster. I'm definitely never using it again!

BUYER BEWARE- good selection of items but horrible customer service and return process. Tried to exchange an item because of size. Online chat process did not work. Phone IVR said it could handle it but did not respond to prompts about return. Just kept saying it would said link in message if I said yes. When I said no, it would start over. Finally got to a human. They do not exchanges items. You have to return it and reorder. They CHARGE YOU SHIPPING on both ends. I hope I can find an alternative site that has comparable products and better customer service.

Airline Ticket
My flight was overbooked this December 2022. Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and then falsely called me a "no-show". Turkish Airlines left more than a dozen passengers, including a young couple with an infant and families, with no options. They didn't help or care at all and I received no refund.
JustFly magically had a ticket the next day (none were available online when I did extensive searches). Turkish Airlines charged me ...$1,200 and JustFly charged me $200 extra to fly the next day (I had to due to a business meeting).
Look at Wikipedia and you'll see that legal action has been taken against JustFly for this behavior. They are a scam company. They get sued, claim bankruptcy and then start the same scam under a different name up in Canada.Review about: Witt Machine

Blueland dish soap powder
I really wanted to love this particular Blueland product; ditching plastic is my goal. But cleanliness of my hand-washed dishes is important, too. First, I'm wondering whether anyone else has found themselves coughing after sprinkling this powder to the sponge? The air borne detergent powder feels like it lodges in my lungs - not what I'm looking for when washing dishes - or ever. This concern is topmost for me, which says something, because my secondary concern matters, too: I can't tell whether the soap is actually cleaning: soapsuds don't generally appear. Is my elbow grease simply removing the mess, or have my dishes been well cleaned with this detergent? Any ideas or tips you have, from your experience, are appreciated.
I am so glad you mentioned this. Two of my bottles exploded this weekend and the liquid got all over the counter. Both bottles were so cracked, it was crazy! I already have replaced one of the bottles previously and now I have two that have exploded.
We find the dish detergent powder causes us to cough each and every time we use it. The fine particulates in the air are very irritating to our lungs. It is a great disappointment. I hope Blueland will address and improve this. It has sent us back to using liquid detergent in a plastic bottle.
I've had similiar issues with the dish soap powder. I cough, sneeze or generally just feel like something is in my throat every time I use it, even if I'm very careful to gentle put it on the wet sponge so it doesn't create a cloud. I would love to keep using this but I can't handle the effects. My husband as asthma and it really bothers him so I won't be buying again. Unfortunately I now have this silicone bottle which i'm not sure what to do with.
Same at my house. Everyone in the room knows when I dispense the dish powder. I'd settle for a less natural product if they'd like to add a little anti toxic dust cloud chemical.
Like the others I wanted to love the products but have a similar issue. I had to put a towel around my face when I poured the dish powder into the container. After that I ended up adding water to the container to mitigate the aeration of the particles each time I used it. I complained and was sent a new package which seems much better. Not entirely sold on it’s cleaning effectiveness
We also wanted to love the product. We ordered the hand soap tablets and refillable bottle. The glass bottle is nice but the pump stopped working on 2nd tablet. They did offer to replace if we would submit pictures or a video of the problem, ad they wanted us to send the broken pumps back. We actually managed to take the pump apart and clean it, run very hot water through it and get it working again temporarily. We're not impressed since the whole point is to be able to reuse the bottle conveniently and save on plastic.

Masks and a gaiter
Negative I ordered weeks ago and still nothing, they answered a couple emails but nothing since the last one, my own fault the one time I didn’t review, figures, buyers beware!!
I ordered a bunch of masks in April. I received one response to my question of delivery claiming it would ship around May 25. It is now June 11 and nothing. Looks like a scam to me. Time to contact Visa with my complaint.
Blueland makes a big eco-friendly promise, and unfortunately, it falls short of that. The cleaning tablets are fine, acceptable alternatives. However, their cleaning bottles and nozzles, including hand soap nozzles (glass hand soap bottle is fine), are absolute disasters. We have all three cleaners and we have replaced them each twice over, and we're now on our third round and have stopped returning them. Their marketing-esque apology email that was sent to us the first time round said they had improved the bottles and were "confident" the issues were solved. THey also said to remember they were a young company and to go easy. If you're a relatively young and nimble company, you should have nailed it the first time, or own up to it and just stop putting more crap out into the world until you get it right. I absolutely don't recommend these products to anyone, especially after our last (of the round two) bottles came apart and exploded all over me, an expensive coffee table, and the carpet. Two thumbs way down. You have been warned! Classic, perhaps well-intentioned but poorly executed, greenwashing if you ask me.
