I went to a store in Bangalore the other day to get my eyes checked and find some new frames for my glasses. The employee, Shirisha, was really nice and helpful while I was getting my eyes checked. It took me a while to pick out the right frame, but luckily Prameela came to the rescue and helped me choose one quickly. Both of them made my experience really great overall!
Positive purchase experience
My experience with the purchase was pretty good overall. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed when Lenskart made me give them my email just to leave some feedback. That whole sneaky move of snagging email addresses without letting customers say no is just not cool. It totally flipped my positive review into a negative one.
Kid's eyeglasses purchase
I ordered some glasses for my daughter, but ran into a problem with one of the pairs. I asked for an exchange, but it took longer than I thought. I reached out to customer service for some help, and Mr. Raunak and Ms. Parveen Banu really came through to speed things up. I'm grateful for their assistance.
