LN-CC: A Solid Retail Experience
I recently had a chance to shop with LN-CC and overall, I was pretty underwhelmed with my experience. First off, it's worth noting that they don't have any physical stores, so you can only shop with them online. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it can be a bit inconvenient if you like to try things on or see products in person before purchasing.
As for the actual shopping experience, it was just okay. The website was easy enough to navigate, but I found their selection to be somewhat limited. I was looking for a specific brand of shoes and they didn't seem to carry it. I ended up finding a similar pair from a different brand, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for.
The prices were also a bit on the steep side, in my opinion. I ended up finding similar items for cheaper on other websites.
One thing that did stand out to me was their customer service. I had a question about an item and was able to get in touch with someone from their team fairly quickly. They were helpful and friendly, which was appreciated.
Overall, I wouldn't say that my experience with LN-CC was particularly memorable. While their customer service was good, the limited selection and higher prices left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.Cool clothes
I finally got my clothes today, way later than I expected after ordering them a week ago. I was constantly checking my account, but it kept saying "processing" the whole time! I even sent them a bunch of emails, but they never responded. Good thing I used PayPal or I would have been so frustrated. But surprise surprise, my order finally arrived today! The clothes are amazing and they fit perfectly. I still feel like they have room for improvement in their communication, though. It's a bit disappointing because their products are really nice and the prices are great too.
Jacket and pants
I got this awesome jacket and pants from here. The jacket fit perfectly, but the pants were a tad too big, so I had to send them back. The stuff came in really nice packaging and got here super quick. The customer service was amazing too, they emailed me back within a day. Thanks LN-CC, I even snagged your app!
App is easy to use
The app is really easy to use, I can find things I like and save them to my wishlist. I appreciate how clear the pictures are so I can see exactly what I'm getting. It's nice because it makes me feel like I'm actually shopping in a store, but I can do it all from my couch.
Sneakers received in original box
I ordered my sneakers on Monday and just got them yesterday. The delivery was quick, but the FedEx guy made a mistake and left the package on the wrong floor. Other than that, everything was fine - my sneakers came in perfect condition in the original box.
Small bag
I picked up a bag, but it was too small for me, so I had to send it back. The whole process went really smoothly - from shipping it back to getting my refund. The package had a bit of damage when it arrived, but I blame that on Fedex. I definitely would shop here again.
